Comfortable Stay and Great Service
Yes, I recommend this property.
This was my second time staying at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Huaxia, and my overall experience was very good and exceeded my expectations. From the front desk, concierge, restaurant and lobby bar, everyone was friendly, professional and always willing to assist, especially Beckett from the front desk. She helped to answer all my questions patiently and I am very grateful for her help, as well as the concierge staff Gaylen and Noah, and lobby bar staff Jerry. I had a great experience at this hotel - it left a profound and positive impression on me, as well as many great memories.

This was my second time staying at Crowne Plaza Shanghai and I once again had another very comfortable stay. The hotel has a great location, remains spotless, clean, and with excellent Restaurant lounge happy hour and breakfast. I was very impressed with the quality service, from the front desk to the restaurant. All the staff members I met, especially front desk staff Alice, restaurant staff Jacky Li and Barry Hu, were all very friendly and helpful in a professional manner. I had a very good experience staying in this hotel - it left a profound and positive impression on me, and many great memories. I look forward to being back again.

Wonderful Stay in Suzhou
Yes, I recommend this property.
This was my first time staying at InterContinental Suzhou and I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel had a great location, and my room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view. I was impressed with the quality service, from the front desk to the club lounge. All the staff members I met, especially Mary Xu and Allen from the front desk, and Roiy and Sarah from the club lounge, were all very friendly and helpful in a professional manner. It was a short overnight stay, but I had a very good experience staying in this hotel and looking forward to being back again.

We are directly connected Metro Line 1 Jinsha Lake, Exit D toward 200 meters, where you can travel to Hangzhou’s city center in 15 minutes. The hotel is just 20 kilometers from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and 15 kilometers from Hangzhou East Railway Station.
In addition to the Metro, guests can easily travel to other parts of the city via readily available taxis nearby.

Wonderful Stay in Hangzhou
Yes, I recommend this property.
I’ve stayed at Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Qiantang many times, and each time I’ve always had an amazing stay. The service is excellent, and everyone I have met was very welcoming and professional, including Oliver from front desk, Doris from lounge and Martin from concierge . The hotel remains spotless and clean, with comfortable rooms to stay in. The staff have a keen attention to detail to customer preferences and has always done their best to accomodate me, for example by preparing the room to include a humidifier.

This was my first time staying at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai. The hotel has a great location, nice surrounding and offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations. The food was also very good at the restaurant happy hour and breakfast buffet. From the front desk, the restaurant and hotel concierge, everyone was friendly, professional and always willing to assist, especially Catherine from the front desk and Tony from the concierge. It was a short overnight stay, but I had a very good experience staying in this hotel and looking forward to being back again.

All the staff members I met were very friendly and helpful in a professional manner, from my communications with front desk manager Hebe, front desk staff Amanda and the lounge staff Tina. This was my first staying at the Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan, and my overall experience was perfect and exceeded my expectations. From the front desk, the lounge and restaurant, everyone was friendly, professional and always willing to assist, especially Mark from the guest relations department at the front desk, he helped to answer all my questions patiently and I am very grateful for his help. Also Rita and Yi from the lounge staff and Ms Wang from breakfast staff, they were all very friendly and helpful in a professional manner.
Although the size of this Crowne Plaza hotel is relatively smaller than some big city locations, the friendliness, warmth and welcome from the staff was doubled, leaving a profound and positive impression on me, as well as many great memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Dujiangyan.

Great location, located near the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and very short distance to Zhuhai Gongbei Gate. The hotel also offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, arranged with nice classic decor and a very good view. Breakfast was superb as well. I was very impressed with the quality service, from the front desk, restaurant (executive lounge). Kin and Coco from the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming in a professional manner. The restaurant and lounge staff, Emill, Allen and Leo, were also one of the best teams I have come across. I had a very good experience staying in this hotel and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Macau.
