Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tipp City
You can enjoy a comfortable stay at our Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. Tipp City is located just 10 miles from the Dayton International Airport.
Families will enjoy staying at our Tipp City hotel, located off of I-75, which allows easy access to many of the local attractions.
Our hotel has a convenient location to nearby Miami County attractions, like Strawberry Festival, Tipp City Mum Festival, National Air Force Museum, Rose Music Center and the Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway. If you are a nature enthusiast, we do have Brukner Nature Center and Idle Hour Ranch. These are within a 15 minute drive of Tipp City.
During your stay with us, you will enjoy the conveniences of our complimentary Express Start hot breakfast bar featuring our trademark cinnamon rolls and the option to make your own pancakes, free Wi-Fi service throughout the hotel and our meeting room, HD televisions, heated indoor swimming pool, Fitness Center, 24-hour Business Center and guest laundry.
We also have a unique historic district in Tipp City Ohio which offers a wonderful shopping and dining experience.

Just amazing

Great service from when we walked in the door. We were greated with warm cookies and the check in process what fast and easy. We traveled a long way and was able to get into our room very easily. The room was clean, comfortable and the beds were fantastic. We slept like rocks :). We fly to Washington state at least 4x a year and will be staying at the same hotel if needed!
The clerk that checked us into the hotel was phenomenal. I want her to work for my company! She made the stay!
