We offer an indoor pool and whirlpool spa, fitness room and outdoor patio, free high-speed internet, and ample free parking. All of our rooms are equipped with 37 inch HD TVs, fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee makers.Our guests enjoy complimentary breakfast each morning and a 24-hour coffee/tea station. Nearby event centers & attractions include: The Manor House, Willow Ridge Manor, Mountain View Ranch, Arrowhead Golf Club, Hudson Gardens, Ken Caryl Vista Wedgewood Event Center, The Fort, Evergreen Lake House, Red Rocks Country Club & Red Rocks Amphitheater, Bandimere Speedway, Chatfield Botanic Gardens and Reservoir and many more. Awesome staff and accommodations!

Gerri was so sweet and helpful, Leah was on top of everything in kitchen with SO MANY varieties to choose from, best breakfast options anywhere! And Dallas, what a gem! Helpful, kind and hard working...so easy to talk to and always a smile! Great experience!!! Thank you ladies!!! Hated to go home! Can't wait to come back!

Great park and fly stay

Was recently remodeled. Very clean and updated. Staff was great. Arranged for our shuttle to airport and when flight cancelled, picked us back up. Close to Medford, Or airport. Good value.

Not for the leisure traveler

I think this hotel may be okay for business travelers that are staying for a single night or for people who are looking for long-term accommodations. It is not for the leisure weekend traveler. I was very disappointed to not be offered room service for the entire 4 days that I was scheduled to stay with two toddlers. For the nightly rate, I think the property could have been a great deal more customer friendly. The amenity of free laundry was a plus but with 2 small children it was a major task to wash and dry laundry. It was the same for going down to exchange dirty linen for clean.

To save you some time, we have pre-order breakfast menus in each room that are picked up by the Night Auditor every night that allow you to place an order for a set time every morning. I would also check out our best for breakfast rates which include two, $10 vouchers for our Machine Shed Restaurant for an extra $5 Sunday through Thursday and $10 Friday and Saturday!

Nice property, terrible national reservation support

Nice property, but needed to change reservation and add an additional room. They couldn't accommodate, and wouldn't agree to move the reservation to a sister property, even though it was a more expensive property and central reservations stated that they could. They bounced me between central reservations and the local hotel numerous times, each giving a different answer for over thirty minutes before they finally disconnected. Frustrating.

We are currently under renovation, and are limited on rooms at the moment. We are so sorry that there was some confusion with getting your reservation transferred to our sister property, and that you felt extremely frustrated with the process. This should have been a smooth procedure, and we are so sorry that it was extremely time consuming, and that you were not properly helped. We will definitely take this review to our front office manager to figure out ways we can improve this process for our guests in the future. We do hope that once we are done with our renovation you will come stay with us!
