Conveniently located

Convenient location for wandering around Times Square. Road noise from the 20th floor is pretty loud. Suite with 2 beds is pretty tight. Still slept well.

Perfect . Great place to stay for business or pleasure. The accomidations were wonderful and the staff was very helpful to our needs. We did not get a chance to use the pool due to the weather but it did look clean. It was within walking distance to the festival grounds, shopping and beach

Room and service was great, but food was not up to IHG standards on this particular stay. Food was obviously overcooked, burned, or very dry.

Extras in the Room

We arrived with two kids in tow. The room they gave us was huge! The best part about it for us was the microwave, refrigerator and sink ( and not the bathroom sink) and the even had plates, cups and silverware in the room! I don't know if that was left by a previous occupant but it was awesome that it was there.

Awesome on every level!!

From walking in the door until we left we had nothing but excellent customer service!! Our room was clean, the pool was great for the kids and the hot tub was very relaxing for us! The breakfast was very good, a nice array of choices. We will definitely stay again!!
