The room was very clean, temperature was perfect upon walking in. Very comfortable bed and plenty of plug ins for phones, iPad, etc.

Rude staff, room not fully stocked

Hot tub smelled of feces and had dirt floating on top of water, staff was rude when addressing an issue, room dishes and utensils missing and not fully stocked, missing towels. Room was over all okay, nothing special then any other room regarding home like environment and comfort.

great continental breakfast

We paid a little more than hotels in the area but saved on the continental breakfast as I had 2 growing boys to feed, plus myself. The staff were friendly and never had to wait in any lines for customer service things like paying or checking out and not even the continental breakfast-there was plenty to go around for a full hotel of over 100 people (staff told me).

This hotel was very clean and modern. It is close to all attractions in Philadelphia. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There is a great fireplace in the lobby!
The only criticism is that there should be real half n half for coffee and not non dairy creamer.
