Zero sleep!

Staff was awesome, location is good, price was decent. Huge problem : our window faced the street, and it sounded like our bed was sitting in the middle of the freeway! It was still awful at 130 am, when we passed out from no sleep. We turned the fan to on, try and drown the sound of heavy traffic out, but it didnt help. If you are in need of sleep, this is not the place for you!

I was pleased with the size of the Suite and the amenities provided for the quality of the breakfast . Although my stay did not cover a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday night, but a light meal is provided as well and the menu looked very good.

We had some minor difficulty entering our room after checking in at the front desk. One of the cleaning room staff noticed, and offered to assist. and resolved the problem. She was very observant and courteous. We appreciated her concern for the customer.

Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk hotel is located on the northern end of the world-famous River Walk. Our convenient location is minutes away from downtown's main attractions and local business. Our hotel is a short drive from AT&T, City Public Service Energy, Southwest School of Arts and Methodist Hospital. Our local artwork showcases the area’s symbolic bridges, while our outdoor pool, terrace, and premium guest rooms with balconies offer views of the river that define our neighborhood.

Sad to say this was a completely disappointing experience at your hotel. We were there for a cheer competition and we had 3 rooms booked for 4 nights. The rooms had ants to start with which was awful. Then to make matters worse 2 of the rooms were never cleaned the whole time we were there! And we were out of the room from 6 am until 10 pm, there was ample time to clean. I finally requested my room to be cleaned the last day and during the process watched the very sweet cleaning lady wash out my drinking glass with water and the dirty rag she had cleaned the sink with, she then set it on the counter like it was CLEAN! If this is how all your coffee cups and glasses are cleaned it's very alarming. I will never stay at your hotel again, nor will I recommend it to someone else.
