My housekeeper was great as was the front desk staff. They made sure I was comfortable in the midst of inclement weather. The breakfast staff was hosptialble and went the extra mile to ensure anything we needed.

Great hotel

The hotel is nice and clean with a VERY friendly and eager to help staff. During our stay the key machine was down so the staff had to let all the guests into their rooms. None of them complained or seemed to be inconvenienced by this. They offer shuttles to take u to Opryland and downtown Nashville. Next time I'm in Nashville I'll be sure to stay here.

OK hotel

rate hotel as OK. They were completely not willing to work with my schedule and I ended up staying for 12 hours and had to pay for 48. IF you check in before 11am you have to pay for the night before and if you check out after 2pm you have to pay for that night as well. I work night shifts and need to check in at 7am and out by 6pm, but with this hotel you have to pay for 2 nights in order to do this.
Also hotel going through renovations and sheetrock dust was everywhere. I checked in on Saturday night and there had appeared to be no effort to clean the dust out of the common area.

I would like to apologize for how the billing issue works. It is common at a lot of property's for them to bill you for the night before if checking in before check out time and also for checking out after check out time. We would be more than happy to issue you a 2pm check out when you stay. Please consider giving us another chance when visiting the Sylacauga area.

Easy check-in, pleasant staff. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast room staff, and think the hotel should allow a "gratuity" jar. Parking was convenient and plentiful. I'll be staying here again on all future business trips to the area.
