Nasty Rooms / Poor Service

Room was nasty beyond belief. Management made no effort to address the situation until I informed them that I would post pictures of my nasty room. Room service staff charged me for a meal I didn't order. Awful experience. I was told that management would reach out to me with a resolution. Never heard from them, no accommodation, no points, nothing!!

Good value, nice room

Clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff. The only complaint I had was the quality of the pillows, they were very thin, but there were extras so no big deal. It was nice having a fridge and microwave and the whirlpool tub was great.

Uncomfortable beds, outdated rooms

The rooms are dated, beds are horrible. Our group had all the poolside rooms and everyone complained about the beds. Pool area and lobby were clean and updated. Front desk employees could have been more friendly.

I had the most wonderful stay in Oxford at the HIE. The manager Tammy is the best and truly cares amount the comfort of her guests. The staff at the front desk, Tye,Annette and Doris are true professionals. The housekeepers do a tip top job and always ask if you need anything extra. The maintenance Technician Brandon keeps everything running smooth, This place is a Class Act!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
