Our hotel is an ideal location right off from I-295 and conveniently puts guests near Virtua & Jefferson Hospitals and Rowan University. Minutes from surrounding areas such as Cherry Hill, Deptford, Mt. Laurel, Camden Waterfront, and downtown Philadelphia. We are also 12 miles from the Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel is surrounded by fun activities for the whole the family such as Big Kahuna's Water Park, Diggerland, and Clementon Park. Families can also visit the Camden County Boathouse at Cooper River Park for picnics, bike trails, mini-golf, rowing competitions, and more activities. Concert-goers and sports fans can easily get to BB&T Pavilion and Citizen Bank Park in Camden or the Lincoln Financial Field and Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Discover the Battleship New Jersey and New Jersey Aquarium all from the convenience of our Voorhees location.

I recently stayed at the Vorhees location in New Jersey. I will say, that this was the absolute worst Holiday Inn that I've ever stayed at. The entire hotel smells of mold/mildew to start off. The room was absolutely HORRIBLE. The was hair in the "cleaned" and folded wash cloths hanging on the towerl rack, the towel rack that is hanging off the wall and should be falling off very soon. Cracks in the ceiling of the room which shows poor contracting work. Dirt and debris on the bathtub which was most likely falling from the wall above the tub that had huge cracks in it. The wash cloths were of very POOR quality, unlike any previous hotels I've stayed at. I've seen those wash cloths of that quality at Dollar Tree stores, very rough and transparent. There is MOLD visible in the ceiling in the bathroom and the room smells like cigarette mold combination. The two ladies at the desk were very courteous. My first room was across from someone who had dogs barking frequently, I asked to be moved and they accommodated me, the next room had a strong cigarette oder, I asked to be moved and they accommodated me again, the 3rd time, I didn't even bother as it was late and my family and I were tired from travel. The staff is the only highlight of this property.

There were small children running and screaming down the halls until midnight. Then teen/young adults started up and down the halls talking loud and pounding on doors asking "are you f...ing in there?" TV blaring. This continued until 5:30. Did not report at the time because I would have been told to change my room. Nobody at desk when I left at 6:30. Left email and was called by manager. Will not recommend.

Terrible Experience

Room was not cleaned as requested. When I asked for additional towels (for 5 people), the first request was ignored. I was given 2. The day of checkout, I noticed blood on the other side of pillow. I informed management and he ignored me and helped the clerk to count out change. I was not compensated in any way.

Not worth the stay

Confusion regarding valet and parking upon arrival. Staff checking in was very unprofessional they seemed either bothered or tired. Once in our room the doors for closet and refrigerator were extremely beat up. The refrigerator cabinet door was hanging. Bathrooms were small and shower was very tight fitting. Water pressure was very high, water temperature was either too hot or too cold no middle temp. There was spots of blood on pillow cases, sheets and comforter. Along the bed frame there was some splattered stain on the sheet as well. We asked for new linens and were brought a stack of 10 flat sheets. The carpet was heavy stained and looked gross.
Only plus was the valet staff were very nice. And the restaurant inside the hotel has great breakfast, a little pricey but good and fresh.

1 staff member and 1 Manager rendered extremely poor customer service to me and canceled my reservation when I calmly expressed the lack of concierge etiquette and how I was being treated. The Manager attempted to resolve the issues after I stated that I wasn't leaving until I spoke to Corporate and made other arrangements with another hotel, but it didn't outweigh the blatant nonchalant service I received just moments prior.

Disappointing because if the bed itself would have been more comfortable,it would have been an ideal place to stay in Omaha. Good location. Nice staff. Clean. Stayed in a 2 bed room suite, pool, seemed like a great price...however when the bed is so hard you can't sleep and it hurts it voids out the positive.

Been many times, won't stay again

I have stayed at Z Ocean many times and even though it is a small boutique hotel, the location is excellent and the service has always been top notch. Not this time. Upon arrival, we noticed the pool was roped off and closed. No one on staff knew why or even when it would be opened. We also noticed immediately that everything looked rundown and a little dirty.
When we got to the room, everything was fine just a little worn looking. We went to dinner and when we returned we unfolded the pullout, as one of the rooms we had was for 3 people. No sheets on the bed or even in the room. We called the front desk and asked for sheets and were told housekeeping was gone and no sheets were available. I called myself and demanded sheets (in a loud voice) and the front desk hung up on me. I went directly to the front desk in person and demanded sheets and was told that was not possible to get sheets that night. I refused to leave the front desk until i was assured we would get some. I even offered to get them myself, just tell me where they are. About an hour later, we finally got sheets. The next day, our room got skipped for makeup service.
The next night a fire alarm was pulled at 2:30 in the morning and continued to alarm for 45 minutes without one announcement from any staff. When the fire department arrived no one could open the door to turn off the alarm. The fire department literally had to "Chop the door down" with an ax to turn it off and we could all return to our rooms.
Overall, the worst hotel experience i have ever had and i stay in hotel rooms about 75 nights a year.

No USB ports to plug stuff in. TV wouldn’t come on. Had to call front desk 3 times to tell them the remote needed batteries. Asked front desk about parking . Said to use ticket to exit, wouldn’t work for me, had to use room key. Terrible service

There was no hot water. The room I booked was not available and so I ended up in a smaller room and there were no extra blankets or pillows. They didn't have a crib for my baby. The room was super old and looked very dingy.

I am very sorry that you did not experience an exemplary hotel stay because of the level of service you have received. On behalf of our hotel I apologize for our service and that there was no hot water. This is not what we want any of our guests to experience.
