A refined modern hotel in a parkland setting near central Belfast. With stylish dining, complimentary car parking, and an indoor pool. Crowne Plaza Belfast is nestled in the heart of the Lagan Valley Regional Park with a wealth of walks, parks and cycle paths, with the hotel's children's play room making it ideal for family breaks.
Business travellers and leisure guests like the location, just 15 minutes drive from city centre, convenient to Titanic Belfast and city centre shopping also convenient to the main road network. Both city airports are a half hour drive and Dublin is 2 hours by car. Offering 21 meeting rooms from the Boardroom up to the 900 seated Ballroom, Crowne Plaza Belfast is the region's premier conference hotel.
Modern and contemporary rooms at Crowne Plaza Belfast feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Executive rooms benefit from access to the Club Lounge with complimentary snacks, hot drinks, soft drinks, continental breakfast and limited alcoholic beverages in the evening.
The Green Room is the signature restaurant at Crowne Plaza Belfast offering a seasonal menu. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites White River Junction is conveniently located at the intersection of I89 and I91 near the Vermont, New Hampshire border.

Unfriendly staff and no AC

Upon arrival the front desk staff was unfriendly and we were the only ones checking in and waited 15 or more minutes before someone even looked up. No AC and it was hot. Elevators out of service. We would have left but all the other hotels were full. After checking out the manager called and apologized and said she was depositing enough points in our account for a free night at any IHG hotel. A month later still no points. She wont return a phone call or emails. Hospitality is of no concern to these people.

Just OK, safe, close proximity to attractions

The bar and restaurant was closed. They blamed Covid but every other bar/Restaurant is open. I'm guessing it's a staffing issue, if so, that's not the customers fault. The room rate was certainly not cheaper to make up for the lacking amenities. In the end, it was just ok. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice but I feel we could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same amount. The area seems safe and is in close proximity to many shopping/places to eat. It is right across from IKEA and a short 10 minute Uber to Minute Maid.

I've been a member since 1988. I feel that currently it would be unfair to review a location. Due to covid effecting everything from staffing to anything that is delivered to this location. This was our 1st trip since covid struck. It was not a perfect stay. However, the local staff did everything in their power to make sure the stay was as enjoyable as possible. Would I stay at this location again, probably. When things get back to normal, I will go back to giving a review.

Nice staff, dirty room.

Front desk staff was courteous and professional. Room was dirty in multiple ways (especially the bathroom) and smelled of cigarettes. The perfume used to try and cover it up made me cough a few times, but I eventually got used to it.

This is a beautiful hotel, but with a staff that needs more
training in customer service. We did encounter a couple helpful staff members but overall it was disappointing. For sure try Gregory’s (the Chef) bananas foster french toast.

Beware: breakfast not free

Children 11 and under ONLY are provided a voucher to eat at the TGIFridays attached. This is not like other Holiday Inns, where bfast is served free onsite. Decor is a bit dated, and the room smelled weird, but if you're wanting a place to crash for 1 or 2 nights, it's not bad. Otherwise, go elsewhere. This place is VERY busy.
