Housekeeping in public areas very poor

Pool was a disaster looks to not have been cleaned in ages. No breakfast of any kind available. The common areas such as elevators had the same dirt and trash in them the three days I stayed.

Poor customer service

The A/C was not working well. It was very loud. Wouldn’t cycle off when temperature was reached. Towels were very rough. Shampoo dispenser broken. TV remote didn’t function properly. Had to ask front desk each morning to have housekeeping clean room. Hotel is old. Needs a great deal of upgrades.

Convenient for working across the border.
After the nice renovation in 2018, hotel is starting to show significant signs of wear (e.g. missing tiles in bathroom, stained couch, incomplete cleaning of toilet and bathroom walls, dispensers for shampoo/condition/body wash broken). Hope hotel management will fix these "small" issues that impacts overall quality impression for this particular hotel.
Gym, though not used often, is minimally cleaned.

Convenient location, terrible breakfast

Location puts you near lots of places to eat. This is good because the food is an edible at the hotel. Room was so humid that my clothes ended up wet. Not all of the outlets work, so check when you plug your phone in at night to make sure it’s actually charging. Elevator down button on the fourth floor doesn’t work, makes you question the rest of the elevator maintenance. Bring lots of change if you want to do laundry, it’s $2 to wash and 1.50 to dry and I had to walk across the street to a bar to get quarters. None offered at the hotel.

Clean room but no hot water

The room was clean and good for the price. But there was no hot water and we had to call the front desk more than once about the problem. Luckily they were able to fix it, but we had to wait about 20 minutes each time before we had hot water. This was not convenient nor expected. Hot water is a basic expectation when you stay at a hotel.

This hotel is trash

We stayed at this property 3 years ago and loved it. The room was great, the breakfast was great overall had a great experience. Fast forward to this past weekend and everything that was great before was horrible this time.
Here's what was wrong with our room:
1. Toilet Paper holder in King bedroom broken/missing
2. Red Stains (like Kool-aid) all over the carpet in all rooms
3. Because of red stains our carpet was wet, we all had to wear our shoes at all times
4. The AC unit kept flashing to change the filter
5. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, we didn't have any dishwasher pods so had to call the front desk 2 mins after getting into our room for some. 1 was brought to us.
6. There was no soap or lotion or kleenex (although the "cleaning staff" left the empty kleenex box on the counter) in the King bathroom.
7. King Bathroom shower didn't drain
8. Only 1 towel provided in the King bathroom
9. 2 Lightbulbs burnt out, had to go to the front desk to ask for new ones
10. No NBC channel on any tvs in the room...NO ONE COULD WATCH THE OLYMPICS. EVERYBODY in the hotel was complaining about this. Only TV that had it was in the breakfast area.
11. Hotel guests were in the Courtyard at 3 am, 4 am yelling obscenities' and waking everyone up that had windows towards the courtyard. When calling the front desk to have them shut it down, they didn't answer, after 3 times calling finally someone picked up.
12. No slip mat for the showers. We had 1 person fall in the shower due to this.
This hotel is the worst, we will never stay here again. Guests were rude, loud and jumping in their rooms making our ceiling fixtures shake for 3 hours straight on Friday until I finally went up and knocked on their door.
I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Wont be a next stay… Room was suppose to be 2 queen beds. lol instead we got a handicap room with two full-size beds , plumbing issues , and a dog P** stain all over the floor that was highly noticeable when you walk into the room , and that the front desk was well aware of multiple times….The one staff guy tried to get a cleaning staff in there to clean it one time. But we ran into the guy cleaning when we got back, and all he was doing was vacuuming over the floor… Y'all know u cant do that with animal P**…. we stay there for 3 night cause there were no other places to go due to a world series baseball tournament that weekend .. Not happy at all !!! Would love to offered some money back or a bunch of awards point back or something…. !!!

Just wasn’t what I expected - the hotel was in terrible condition - the heat was not working - the elevators were to slow - nothing worked - just expected things to work when you are paying your money
