The Candlewood Suites® Atlanta hotel in Lithia Springs, GA, is conveniently 3.6 miles from Six Flags over Georgia, 14 miles from downtown Atlanta and minutes from the area's best shopping, attractions, and businesses. The greater Atlanta area is alive with rich cultural experiences.
Business travelers find they are able to spend more time with clients and less time commuting thanks to our location off I-20 Thornton Road and proximity to area businesses in the Fulton Industrial - Camp Creek Corridor. We are just a couple of miles down the road from the Data Center Corridor which includes companies such as Google, Citi, and AT&T.
Our hotel is located just minutes from Arbor Place Mall and numerous shopping and dining venues. We're also a short 14-mile drive from popular downtown Atlanta attractions like World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and Suntrust Park.

Scary! Stay far away!

Awe fil everything. Room was filthy! Not cleaned from the previous guest. Said they didn’t have any other rooms and the cleaning service was out. Poor guy tried his best, but it was still disgusting! We have never felt more uncomfortable in a hotel stay ever!

Hatten über Silvester 2021/22 für 4 Tage eine Junior Suite gebucht und uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut.
Schon beim Eintreffen durften wir uns um unser gesamtes Gepäck kümmern, keine Hilfe in Sicht.
Nach dem Check in kamen wir in unsere Junior Suite, leider nur im 9. Stock, aber das wäre nicht das Problem gewesen, sondern es wurde leider nur sehr nachlässig gereinigt. Da wir an diesem Abend schon ziemlich im Stress waren habe ich hier nichts mehr gesagt, am nächsten Morgen jedoch an der Rezeption darum gebeten das Zimmer wirklich gründlich zu reinigen. Dieser Bitte wurde auch nachgekommen. Leider nur eine kurze Freude, denn am nächsten Tag wurde die Reinigung komplett gestrichen, welches wir aber erst nach unserer Rückkehr am Abend feststellen konnten, daher zu spät ! Habe dies wieder an der Rezeption gemeldet und zumindest die Handtücher wurden noch gebracht.
Alles in Allem einfach Schade, die nettesten und freundlichsten waren definit die Herrschaften vom Velet Parking!
Sowie das Restaurant LUCE, werde ich aber separat Bewerten, da es mit dem Hotel ja weniger zu tun hat.

Interior needs renovating

This was a cheap stay, but the room's furniture and amenities need updating. The leather chair in the room was tattered, the carpet was sticky, and the bed sheet had a stain on it. The bathroom was fine and the bed (after requesting a new sheet) was fine as well.

Staffs ignore DND

Upon check in, found safe not working, reported to reception and instruct DO NOT attempt to fix it as I don't need it and NOT want staff access room during my stay because concern of hygiene. Also left a DND sign on door to avoid any staff enter. But after swimming when return to room, my daughter got shock as 2 staffs with no mask

Welcome to the NEWLY RENOVATED Holiday Inn Express Novi. We are less than 1 mile from the Twelve Oaks Mall and centrally located in between Novi, Farmington Hills, and Wixom corporate companies. We welcome corporate travelers visiting Harman, Toyota, Nissan, Akebono, Daifuku Webb, and many more. We also welcome many traveling teams attending the Novi Ice Arena, Total sports, and Walled Lake Northern High school for Dance competitions.
12 Oaks Mall, Fountain Walk Entertainment Plaza, Bay pointe Golf Club, Glen Oaks Golf Club and many other locations in Novi, Farmington Hills, Wixom, and Livonia. The hotel is just minutes away from corporate complexes on Cabot Drive, Country Club Drive and Hills tech Drive.
All of our accommodations offer newly renovated spaces. We also offer free Fiber Optic Wi-Fi or hardwire connections. 24-hour fitness center or go for a swim in our indoor heated pool. Each room is equipped with a Single King bed or two Queen beds, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee makers.

Worst HI Express I have ever encountered.

Rooms somewhat run down and with sticky/tacky surfaces in places - carpet, counter edges and refrigerator. On arrival I had to change rooms because of a scummy toilette. All areas need renovation - rooms, breakfast area, no shack/beverage shop and the vending machine had little product.
The desk people were nice and apologetic but did not document my issues. I can only guess that they don't really care.

They double booked my room when told that someone was in the room desk wouldn't listen and insisted that Noone else had my room. I went back to the room and had person come back down with me. I have stayed with this chain quite alot and have never been treated like that or as a fool

Bad service

I was in Austin for a business event. I needed to have a late check on my last day. I spoke with the receptionist in person. She said that the cost would be $75 dollars which I agreeded. She also said if I needed to stay another night I would just be the standard rate. Before 3PM I realized I needed to stay another night and then was told that the hotel was fully booked. I went back to the room to finish packing and leave. When I went back to the room my room card had been deactivated even though I had spoken with the receptionist before 3:00 PM. Went back down stairs to the receptionist and was told that I would have to find the maid service to let me back in to get my suitcase. Having to do this was time consuming and unreasonable. Once I found the cleaning service they said they had to have the hotel manager approve what the front desk told me to do. Then, I needed an envelope for my invoice but the person at front desk said they didn't have one. They were not helpful and uninterested that their customer service was poor. When I said this would be reflected in my review, the supervisor said to me "OK no problem".
