Holiday Inn Express Benton Harbor
One of the Nicest Hotels in the Benton Harbor Area St. Joseph, MI, Silver Beach and Lake Michigan are all close to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Benton Harbor. The hotel's location along I-94 not only makes it ideal for getting to nearby business, but also places guests near the best local attractions. We have everything a business traveler needs for a productive trip. Keep in touch with the office using complimentary Wi-Fi access or at a computer in the Business Center.Our boardroom style meeting space can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people . Plus, because of our hotel's location in the Benton Harbor - St. Joseph, MI area, it's easy to get to companies like Whirlpool and Leco. There is so much to do around Benton Harbor that our hotel's guests will want to stay at least a week. Spend a day on Lake Michigan at Silver Beach or Warren Dunes State Park. Bad experience

I have had good experiences at other IHG hotels but not the Holiday Inn Express in Benton Harbor. The room had stains on the floor and furniture and a blood stain on a pillow. The bathroom lights were flashing and clicking and the staff did not fix it when we brought it to their attention. The bed was like sleeping on a board. The housekeeping staff was very loud early in the morning very poor experience and a disappointment for an IHG hotel.

As of August 2021 this property is closed. Please do not book this property. I am a premier elite member with IHG and was allowed to book this hotel through the app. I used points, paid the remaider ahead of time(debited from my bank account) and received a confirmation email, only to find out when we arrived that the hotel was closed.

Holiday Inn Express York
Guest love the Holiday Inn Express & Suites York! We are located off I-83 less than three miles from York College and Wellspan York Hospital and within minutes of Johnson Controls, Dentsply, Gichner Shelters, General Dynamics, BAE and many more. Nearby you will also find Appell Center for Performing Arts, Pullo Center, Peoples Bank Stadium, home of the York Revolution, and of course Harley Davidson.
All of our spacious rooms include a microwave and mini-fridge , Keurig and 42" TV. Our Executive Rooms also include a pull out sofa sleeper and dining area in addition to the large work area in all rooms. We offer free hot breakfast , free Wi-Fi, 24-hour Fitness and Business Centers, same day dry cleaning, and a heated outdoor seasonal pool.
Once more we are 100% smoke-free and Pet-Friendly

Not clean! Itched and left by 12:30 Am Foot prints on the kitchen floor! Glad ring on the bed side table! Took a shower used the towel, itched and left! Internet inadequate! Don’t waste your time or money! The air conditioner exhumed a foul odor!

The rooms are old and dated. The coffee pots work marginally. There is a smell in the halls and the room. The ice machine on my floor was broken for the two weeks of my stay. There was no breakfast served at all or available.

Bad experience

I booked a room for two nights. After the first night I complained at the Front Desk about the noisy A/C, the very loud fridge and the stinky carpet. I told the agent that we could't sleep the entire night because of the noise. The agent told me that if I didn't like it I could just leave, which I did. I requested the bill but the agent told me that she couldn't print the bill in advance and that she would email it to me. I never received an email.

Not worth the money

I would have rather spent my money at a generic hotel chain like a garden express than stay here. The staff was rude and cut me off when I called with a question leading up to my trip. Parking was ridiculously expensive, $70 / night. I parked at Columbus circle and it was half that amount. And the room was just average.
