Candlewood Suites Ocala I-75 is the hotel of the horse capital of the world. We are conveniently located 7 minutes away from The World Equestrian Center. You will find parking available for trucks, trailers, and RVs.
We are located just off of Interstate 75 and just a few miles from Downtown Ocala. Enjoy an unforgettable food experience at Ivy on The Square or visit the Appleton Museum of Art. A short drive down SR 40 will take you to the Ocala National Forest.
We have plenty of free parking, complimentary laundry facilities, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center that is open 24 hours. If comfort and cleanliness is important to you, we are the best choice for your lodging needs.

this was a new hotel that did not seem to have it's act together. The room had no apparatus to drink from. The hair dryer did not work.

This is a crown plaza?? Only in name..

Came in after an international flight. Paid extra for the clown plaza because I wanted a quality night to recover. Disappointed. Room was not clean, barely above motel level amenities, air conditioner was struggling and room was hot. Hair all over the bathroom, yuck If had not been so late and so jet lagged, would have found a different hotel. I’ve stayed at many fantastic crown plaza’s, perhaps this one needs to be down graded from a brand perspective to motel?

Newly Renovated Hotel! Situated on the Western Slope, and one mile from I-70, the Holiday Inn Express® & Suites Grand Junction delivers a convenient, modern hotel experience. The hotel is five miles from the Grand Junction Airport (GJT) , close for an easy drive, but far enough away for a quiet stay. We are walking distance to many restaurants & shopping at the Mesa Mall and a mile from Canyon View Park. Leisure travelers have easy access to the Colorado National Monument, known for mountain biking trails, as well as Powderhorn, which features some of the best skiing. Offering locally owned restaurants and boutiques, the downtown is minutes away. After a day out, relax in our indoor pool & hot tub. Guests enjoy our lobby area, being able to visit while social distancing, as well as our hot, fresh coffee. Animal Urine in Room

We stayed on the 3rd floor for 5 nights. Our room, 330, REEKED of urine and people left their dogs in their rooms resulting in constant barking. I called several times down to the front desk and to housekeeping but no one ever answered. I walked down to the front desk and the personnel were very polite and said they would look into it but the barking never stopped. We were not able to move rooms because the hotel was at capacity. Never again will I stay at this Holiday Inn. It was absolutely disgusting to have to stay in a room that had the smell of urine so bad that it gave you a headache. Shame on the Holiday Inn franchise to allow such low standards.

We arrived after check in time was already open and had to wait for a room. This is not a big deal. Got our room after about half an hour wait and noticed there are no garbage cans. Again, not a big deal. We headed out to do some stuff in the area and came back at bed time and noticed the sheets are stained. That is gross! Then noticed, we were next to the vending machines where people were out there gathering until 2AM - and they were LOUD! In the morning, the tub would not drain, there were stains throughout the tub and someone else's hair in the drain. Overall, the place was disgusting to sleep in and I would never stay there again.

Avoid this hotel!

This hotel looks okay from the outside! Once you enter it feels more like a MOTEL, than a HOTEL, on a seedy side of town. It’s in complete disrepair. Staff are full of excuses. Good luck finding an ice machine! If you see a random chair where an ice machine should be, move it slightly, you’ll find the broken pipes of where an ice machine was. Don’t pay to stay in a room with a pool view! It’s closed for COVID(bs)!!! What’s actually wrong is the pool is filled with dirty water, mold and debris. The concrete is torn up and the entire area is in a state of disrepair. The rooms are dark and musty. The shower is completely exposed! Water gets all over the floor (which is probably why it feels musty). The entire experience was disappointing, especially since I used points for the stay. The manager Percy is apathetic and rude! Everyone else is filled with excuses, it’s nauseating.

I used my IHG points and my credit card that was put on file got charged for the stay, still trying to get charge taken off 3 weeks later (work nights)!! This is ridiculous!!!Only one person can sign off on reversal of payment and he’s out of town on a business trip!
