Beautiful Scenery Surrounds Hotel in Poteau, OK Set in the shadow of Cavanal Hill amidst the great plains of Oklahoma, the Holiday Inn Express® Poteau hotel's location is ideal for travelers of all kinds. Boasting business opportunities, entertainment and lots of character, Poteau provides something for each of the hotel's guests. Poteau, Oklahoma offers professional patrons convenience. Companies, including AES, Kiamichi, Kenco Plastics and Southern Star are located in or near Poteau. The hotel's location also caters to government travelers and academics, with both Fort Smith and Carl Albert State College close by. Moldy smell, loud rooms

Horrible mold smell in hallway, lobby and room...everywhere. Not worth the extra money we paid for the room, expecting comfort. Refrigerator made clanking noise intermittently, disturbing sleep. Really loud.

Disaster. So disappointed

We always stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels because they are clean, predictable, and safe. This hotel was dirty, there was no soap in the bathroom, 1 washcloth for 2 guests, the TV remote did not work, and the key did not work. When I asked for soap the clerk said it was locked up and they couldn't access it. There were boxes out front. It sounded like someone was partying in the parking lot until past midnight. Would NOT recommend this hotel at all. Holiday Inn should remove them from their group of offerings. So sad

dog poops on floor and when notify the front desk , the girl there did not move an inch and poop stayed there until next morning I myself stepped by accident on it a few times.
Also be careful when you make a reservation on a 3rd party they give you the total and you have the option to pay online which is better because I unfortunately chose to pay at property and they charged me extra fees twice even though it’s already calculated on 3rd party

Upmarket Istanbul hotel with meeting rooms and an indoor pool, in the Harbiye business area near Taksim Square

Best part was the service at the hotel lobby restaurant, everything else wasn’t great, after complaining about the handicapped room they finally upgraded my room. But the original room smelled like sewage and cigarettes. It was very uncomfortable. When being kicked out of our one room, we had to share one room

A declining hotel

Originally a Lufthansa Penta Hotel, the current Holiday Inn in Rosenheimer Platz in Munich has seen its better days. Despite a room overhaul process in recent years, the place gives a worn-out experience. I have stayed at least 20 times since 2017, but now feel I do not belong to that hotel. It looks like it has also reduced its prices and is adjusting itself to the clientele that finds the place appropriate. The location is excellent for an international traveller that uses the SBahn from and to the airport. If there is surplus time: The new museum of the Sudetendeutschen (opposite the hotel) is worth visiting.

Make Sure You Ask For A Room Near the Front Desk

My husband and I booked this hotel for a mini getaway for our first anniversary so we could visit Salem. We’d never been to the area before and figured a Holiday Inn would be a safe bet to stay in. All went smoothly and as expected until we tried to shower - after several minutes of letting the water try to warm up, the temperature was lukewarm at best. We figured we’d try again in the morning and see if that made a difference at all; it did not.
We only stayed for one night, so we let the gentleman at checkout know about the lukewarm water and he let us know that our room was the furthest away from the hot water heater, so it would take “quite some time” for the water to heat up, and asked if we had requested that specific room. Upon hearing we didn’t, he apologized for the inconvenience and said he wondered why we weren’t put in a “better” room.
This was disheartening to hear, as our room was on the expensive side, and while the room itself was nice, no hot water is a pretty big deal considering we were also told at check in that housekeeping

Constructive feedback for a routine stay

I will attempt to be constructive but I had two major issues while I stayed at the hotel: 1.) I checked in late at night and did not notice anything wrong with my bed then. I woke up the next morning covered in ants. Absolutely gross and unacceptable. 2.) I had issues on the way to and from the airport via airport shuttle. Specifically, on the morning I was supposed to depart the note on the front counter stated that "scheduled shuttles are every 15

Would not recommend overall. Was planning on staying for 6 weeks but ended up just making it 2 nights. Dark rooms, dirty carpets and vents, overflowing garbage on side of hotel just felt more trashy than I like.

Horrible Customer Service

If you are expecting good customer service do not stay at this hotel. Location is the only perk in my opinion, not all staff was bad but I am assuming the main gentleman that works days is the manager, and he has the worst customer service skills I have ever dealt with. My most recent stay was 14 days here and was treated like a hobo passing through, and I hold a Spire Elite status with IHG. Someone needs to check the management team at this particular location.
