Only stayed here because we used our reward points. Glad we didn't stay more than one night or actually paid for it. It was okay.

Few issues but i know from other stays was no good to ask for 2nd room cause 1st one was not cleaned right. So i cleaned what i could cause i had surgery had to make sure the room was usable but turned out i was in a room they must of thought the floors just needed dusted and heck with real mops take a dry rag it will be good.. nope nope ladys plz used water and a real mop cause them floors in room is black at times i just give up and went home was not feeling good after trying to make room usable cause of the open cut i had to keep clean..

Lovely room but not a 4 star experience

Friendly reception staff, beautiful clean room and very comfortable bed.
Dinner was served in the bar, not a problem. Table service for drinks in the bar painfully slow. Dinner menu was very limited and not memorable or exciting.
Breakfast in the restaurant was disappointing. Self serve tea and coffee then negotiate the stirs back to your table, cold plates and warm food, no chef, no additional choices for breakfast other than buffet already there.
I won’t be rushing back. Not a 4 star experience.

Nice hotel not so nice staff

Room was cold, air aircon only blows just above cold air. The staff tried on two occasions to get it warmer with no success. Offered to change my room but as it was late I opted to stay put and just go to bed. Spoilt my evening a little, but not as much as the ignorant chap on reception who seems to be full of his own self importance. I think he could use a little bit of training in the art of customer service. A real shame because the hotel itself is lovely

Priority Club Booking

Used points to book a room for my wife, her sister and kids for a trip to London for the weekend.
Really disappointed receiving my wife's comments on her return.
It would seem that the room was in the cellar with little natural light and no opening windows. The TV had no remote (one was brought to the room though). There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, she went to reception to request some to be told to report it to someone. Is that not what she was doing reporting it to reception?
They were not offered a welcome drinks on arrival either

Got the impression that because this was a priority club booking that they have tried to supply the minimum they can get away with and gave her a room that wasn't generally used, and the reason why there were items were missing from it.
One a positive note though, she said most of the staff were helpful with regards to directions etc.

Mold in bathroom and dust bunnies above bed

This is a newer hotel in a fantastic area, but the mold in bathroom and dust all over room was disgusting. Very disappointed.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Fond du Lac , situated along the south end of beautiful Lake Winnebago. Fond du Lac is a charming town full of outdoor adventures. Being located near Highways 41, 45, 151 and 23 makes it easy to discover all there is to do in Fond du Lac. Our hotel’s corporate guests appreciate the close proximity to companies like Saputo Cheese, Quad Graphics, Michels Corp., Brenner Tank, Mercury Marine World Headquarters, and Fives Giddings & Lewis. Pool was closed. Dehumidifiers throughout first floor. Vending machines removed. Sodas sold at desk were pricy $2/can. Given keys to wrong room. One elevator not functioning.
