バンコクに訪れる際には必ず宿泊します。
日本人の顧客に合わせたファシリティやクオリティが気に入っていましたが、今回の宿泊は残念でした。
まず、シャワーの排水口が詰まり、バスルームが水浸しになってしまいました。
修理を依頼しようと電話をしても繋がらず、外線でホテルに連絡して修理をお願いしました。
その後に食事をしたくてルームサービスを頼もうと思いましたが、その時も電話が繋がらず諦めました。
PCRテストの結果が出るまで外出が出来ないので、非常に困りました。
コロナの影響でホテルのサービスが全般的に下がってしまっていると感じます。
残念でなりません。

Overnight Bangkok Stay

Hotel is being partly refurbished and this was not clearly stated on the IHG Website. The hotel made me aware of the refurbishment 2 days prior to arrival.
IHG membership level was acknowledged at check-in, but no welcome gift was offered. I returned to reception to raise this issue and only then was I informed that welcome points would be added to my account.
The hotel feels rather old compared to all the modern hotels in Bangkok. The room smelt and we soon discovered the smell was linked to the smell from running hot water in the bathroom.
Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.
We would not choose to stay again at this hotel.

Easy location, clean room

My fiance and I needed just one night stay to meet some friends in the city. This room was clean and located in a great spot in midtown. It's not the largest room but hotel rooms in NYC are not large to begin with. Yes, there are other hotels that may have cheaper rates, however, I believe VOCO had quality guaranteed whereas other places can give you cheaper rates with low quality. The mattress was soft, towels were clean, room/bathroom were clean. Overall, a great experience.

Terrible service and not worth the value

Horrendous service at the hotel and bathrooms are not built to be leak proof. The shower leaks water everywhere. They can’t even provide towels in the rooms and when asked you need to wait over 2 hours to get it.

Our first trip to New Orleans. Nice clean older hotel. Photos make it look off the road, but it is right on Magazine street with limited parking for checking in and out. Good location so you have quiet stay with walking distance to French Quarter.

Not a bad place to spend the night.

The hotel was clean and up kept for the most part. The man at the front desk had a very judgmental look on his face as my girlfriend and I walked up. Apparently bikers aren’t good enough to stay there… It wasn’t until he realized that I was a platinum elite member that he completely changed his tune. We also overheard some staff having a very inappropriate conversation about a fellow guest in the parking garage. The room it self was pretty nice and well maintained. My girlfriend noticed moldy fruit being served for breakfast and my sausage was very pink… we opted to go elsewhere for breakfast. Not the best and not the worst.

The room was very authentic, it really looked as you would expect in such a beautiful building,
The room was also very quiet for being on a main street and very roomy for such a prime location.
We really enjoyed our time here.
The central location was also practical for sightseeing
Parking was very expensive but combined with the reasonable room rated the overall stay was good value for money
The rooms don't get cleaned during your stay which was not great, a fresh cup for the coffee or emptied trash would be nice.
So only 4 stars
