Great but can be greater

Check in process below the average. No recognition for IHG membership. No upgrade been offered even i got less than what I supposed to get . I checked with receptionist is the lounge access is included on my reservation and he replied no then when I checked IHG app the confirmation confirmed it . Then i asked for manager on duty to call me back and he did not call me then and after two hours i did pass the reception and showed him the confirmation on my mobile and he take a copy then he changed my card with corrected reservation.
Breakfast was great
Gym also great.
I received what’s up message on my mobile about my experience during last stay and after giving my comments they asked my to wait and fill my comments to Experience Review without any reaction to my comments or at least sorry for hearing a such story or we will take your comments and work it out. Am seeing something wrong here and will not response to any call or message from IHG hotels it’s annoying…….

The Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia NE - Langhorne Hotel is located less than one quarter mile from Sesame Place and easily accessible from both I-95 and U.S. Hwy 1. Great Staff / But stains in room

The staff was very friendly. But there are some outdated amenities. Such as the elevator, buttons and objects are very old, scrapes and stains. The room sofa had many stains that seem to be bodily fluid. The air conditioner was very noisy.

it was too hard to get in and out the front door. had to key in. felt like i was at work. and when someone walks up to the front desk and asks for their key - hotel staff should first think "checked in online." because check in response = stop by front desk and ask for your key.

2 Refrigerators and 1 Air Conditioner later...

This is our 4th stay at this property. Our refrigerator and air conditioner was not cooling. Refrigerator replaced twice, air conditioner serviced and then replaced and on day 4 of our 5 day stay our room was finally comfortable. Maintenance men were very responsive. Front desk was less than pleasant. I stopped by the desk on 3 occasions to speak with a manager and was none there was no manager on property. At checkout, Angelina said she would have Manager Patrice call me the next day and do date I've not received a call. Not sure we will be staying here a 5th time.

The staffbwas friendly and that was the best part. The sofa bed was broken and my children had to make a floor palett to sleep on. The AC was locked & we couldn't change the temp. One of the fridges was dirty. The floor mysteriously became wet & almost ruined my son's BCT photos. The traffic was very loud. We also overheard 2 other couples have issues as well...naked couple in their room and he other was locked out of their room from the inside flip plate.

This hotel has potential to be a good hotel like it was when it first opened but the new owners are not reinvesting into things like towels and new bathrooms. I only stay here because it is the only hotel chain in town.

Decent but not the best IHG has to offer

The amenities of the hotel, cleanliness of the room, and navigation in and around the hotel were really nice. The modern look is a preference of mine. The only problem we had was the security guards constantly accusing my husband of loitering in the lobby and outdoor terrace even though he, as my partner, is a well-paying customer. And the manager, upon hearing the accusation, was immediately suspicious of my husband without hearing both sides of the story. Multiple hotel staff and management were telling some customers it was okay to smoke in the outdoor terrace, but for my husband it wasn't. Definitely will not stay here again.

Guests enjoy Calgary's vibrant surroundings set at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Calgary is a vibrant city with plenty to do for everyone. The Staybridge Suites Calgary Airport is an extended stay hotel that is centrally located, beautiful, convenient and lively. We are located in the Sunridge area of Calgary and it is home to numerous businesses and attractions including Stantec, Peter Lougheed Hospital, Goodlife Fitness, TELUS Spark and Calgary Zoo. Traveling is convenient for business guests, as we are near the TransCanada Highway and Stoney Trail. We are 7 km from Calgary International Airport (YYC) and just 10 km from the downtown area. We are a quick commute to SAIT and University of Calgary. The Staybridge Suites Calgary Airport hotel offers a free shuttle to and from Calgary International Airport. We are just located less than a mile from New Hanover Regional Hospital, four miles away from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, and three miles away from the beautiful Historical Wilmington Downtown Area. Poor room service

When I left for the day, the room was not cleaned or made up. When I left a message to have the room cleaned the next day, the room still was not cleaned. This was also after I was promised that it would be taken care of.
