Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Hotel Denver East in Denver, Colorado! This highly rated hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers seeking contemporary accommodations in the Denver International Airport area. Conveniently located off of Interstate 70 in NE Denver, the hotel is near a variety of local shopping and restaurants.
Local points of interests like Red Rocks Amphitheatre, The Broncos Stadium at Mile High, Coors Field, Dick's Sporting Goods Park, Pepsi Center, Convention Center, National Western Complex, & the Denver Coliseum are easy to access and the Denver International Airport is minutes from our hotel. Beautiful downtown Denver is only 11 miles away.
Area businesses include Anschutz Medical Center, Lincoln College, Chrysler Corporation, Muscle Pharm and Intertech Plastics. The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Denver East is also the perfect location to attend special events, including the Exdo Event Center, Union Symphony League Showcases, and the local Playwright Performances.

If you're looking for a place to sleep and bathe, this place works. I wouldn't stay more than one day. The room was outdated. It looked like something out of the 90's.

Poor Booking

Overall acceptable but being my wife is paralyzed things didn’t work well not getting a full handicap room She could not use bathroom. Also room was carpet so I could not maneuver her portable life easily.

An OK hotel, but definitely not up to Holiday Express standards

We were disappointed by our stay because of the cleanliness level of our room and the poor options for breakfast. Found stains on the duvet and a half-empty Coke bottle in our guest room upon arrival. The bathroom faucet was loose, and despite signs stating renovation work being done, nothing seemed refreshed or updated. Breakfast was lacking with cold cinnamon rolls and no milk available. Just not up to par for what I would expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Poorly maintained; untrained and unfriendly staff

This hotel is lacking in many ways, from unfriendly staff, poorly maintained (torn curtain and poorly maintained plumbing fixtures), and expensive food (no more "breakfast included"). Don't bother checking in early via their emails. They don't care that you did that and it does not expedite check in.

This modern AA 4-star hotel has a gym, a spa and an indoor pool, just 5 minutes from Peterborough city center.
The hotel is set in landscaped gardens with large events space, onsite parking and a leisure club.
The Holiday Inn® Peterborough – West hotel is only 5 minutes by car from the city centre. We’re close to the A1(M and A47, and direct trains from nearby Peterborough Station can whisk you into London in less than 45 minutes.
The hotel boasts 13 flexible meeting rooms onsite, and the banqueting suite has space for up to 450 guests. If you’re not working, you can admire Peterborough's stunning 13th-century Norman Cathedral, play 18 holes at the Thorpe Wood Golf Course opposite the hotel, enjoy a countryside walk in Ferry Meadows Country Park, or visit the beautiful Burghley House.

Overall the spa was beautiful but other then that the rooms are way over price the bed is two single pushed together self like you was going to fall through. The air con would not turn off room was cold windows didn't shut properly could hear the road. The room above kept us up all night then early hours in the morning 5am the staff didn't seem bothered didn't even ask how our stay was and didn't give much information about the hotel as it was are first and properly last time staying there. There was a smell of drugs in the hall ways.

Not happy w/the front desk guy.......

Very expensive/too many points spent for a Holiday Inn? Check in was fine. Room was just ok. Check out dude was rude! I had asked for an extension of the 11am check out time over the phone with the front desk clerk. He said very rudely that he could give us a half hour. We told him we were Diamond Elite members & he begrudgingly said fine 1 hour; till noon, & then slammed the phone down! So at 11:15 he's calling yelling at us as to why we were still there & had not checked out yet!!!! So we reminded him that he said we could be extended til noon. So he slams the phone down again! So then at 11:30 the maids come bustin in! There is something seriously wrong with the personnel here.

Unethical staff dishonest

was told breakfast was free then was charged 26 JD just for going in the restaurant for tea no breakfast then was told that even if i don't eat just for going into restaurant it's 26 although I was told it was free be careful of these practicess

clean, but poor maintenance

the hotel and rooms seemed very clean, but here were the maintenance issues I found in just a few minutes...
I travel for work, so as soon as I get in the room, I set up my laptop on the desk. The only outlet near the desk, is in the desk lamp. It does not work. Go to turn on the TV, it has no signal. Pull the dresser back from the wall to look, the coax to the TV has completely pulled out of the connection (bare wires showing). All of the cables to the TV are too short, and very tight. Now that I moved the dresser, the folded pieces of cardboard that were keeping the dresser level have now come out, and the drawers keep sliding open and will not close. Either maintenance doesn't have a clue what they are doing, or they are given to cheap of a budget to do things right, or both!
I asked to switch rooms, they had no more suites, so I had to downgrade to a standard room, and they still charged me for a suite! I sent two emails to management, never got a response.
I travel alot for work, am a Platinum IHG member, and Staybridge is one of my favorite brands. And this was one of the worse hotels!

The only thing I cannot complain about is the staff staff was pleasant kind and helpful. The receptionist at the desk was nice, friendly. I have no complaints about the staff.
I asked for handicap room and did not receive one difficult to get in and out of the Shower. No toilet paper. Didn’t get into room on time.
