Great location.

We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time was really disappointing. From the time we checked in to the time we left. Staff didn’t really seem to care.

Comfortable bed

This was my first stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. Biggest downfall was no pool. And we could have really used the washer in the laundry services.

Disappointed Stay

The hotel was in a nice area, felt pretty safe in that area! But we did not once get our room cleaned or get or trash taken out! We didn’t receive any new towels and when we called down to ask the response we got was that “ housekeeping already let, bye”!

Great location but not the greatest room selection for the price. We had the most expensive room and there was no jacuzzi or even bathtub.

I’ve never experienced anything worse than this hotel. Every single minute of this stay was nightmarish from the time I entered into the lobby from the time that I left. Starting with the extended wait for a desk agent, to them giving me a room that was already occupied, then there were no washcloths or towels until morning, toilet paper was also scarce. The shuttle was overbooked so I still had to drive to the port. I’ve stayed in flea bag motels and received better service.

Bad experience

Bad experience. Rude staff, couldn’t sleep from all the loud ruckus. Pool small and dirty not at all like the pictures. Very disappointed and not family friendly.

Out of date, 'dirty', elevator not working... No mention of it on its site so that older people know not to go here. Carrying suitcases up 3 flights of stairs is a no-no.

Air-con was blowing hot air

I was quite disappointed with the stay. The air-con wasn't working on the day and it was blowing hot air in the room. A staff member came up to have a look, but it wasn't able to offer any solution. I was told the manager will contact us later to see what they can do. However that has not happened and even at the check out.
On top of this there were hair remanence on the bathroom floor. Shower pressure was really weak. Considering the price and the above, there are much better places around to stay.

Staff, room and breakfast

Some staff are unfriendly, rude, lazy and loud (in the morning). Breakfast was poorly maintained. Room was dusty behind beds, smelled like sweaty feet and a bothersome large tear on the window shade. I sanitized the room. A quiet zone sign should be posted on the first floor. Reserved more than 5 months for high floor not near elevators. We were put on the first floor adjacent to elevators and breakfast area/lobby. Very noisy for late arrival night guests.

Clean, but old. Needs to be updated. I’ve stayed in Holiday Inn‘s that were the same price and we’re far nicer. Very disappointed in this hotel. I chose it because of the name and the great experience I’ve had at other Holliday Inn express.
