Expensive, bad quality mattresses

Poor mattresses, bad air circulation, hair in shower as well as mildew and mold. Cushions for footrest covered in old food. Staff at desk were unfriendly and not very accommodating, when I asked for towels the woman replied “the room already has towels.” No ac in hallways and elevator needs looked into it lurched and jolted a lot, as well as one elevator for all 4 levels is a little inconvenient.

Man at front desk was very awkward to talk to and didn’t handle him self very well in communication, which was again when it come to reporting the tv not working. The food was very limited, not a wide variety of choice, and then come to the breakfast in the morning, the pastry was stale, and the hot food was all cold and not regularly checked.

Worst staff and hotel

The staff left us stranded without rooms at 11 at night because they were irresponsible and over booked. Then they failed to call and let us known even though half our party was already checked in several hours earlier which they were told we all had rooms on the same floor. As we were leaving the front desk had another party walk in, who said they had been called and checked in over the phone. Poor service and we had kids in our party

Decent for price but night staff was rude and bed hard as a brick.

The woman on night staff was extremely rude. We ordered a pizza and it got delivered but she ignored the delivery driver and wouldn’t listen to her about where the food was going. The night woman placed our food in the back and it sat their for 49 minutes until we figured where it was. We had to call the pizza place to figured out what was going on. By the time we got the pizza it was cold. Then she didn’t say anything to me. Not hey, how are you ,nothing. Just wouldn’t look at us and wouldn’t speak. And she got rude with another customer over nothing. The bed was hard as a brick too.

Our interactions with the staff were positive. They were helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel was pretty clean for the most part aside from finding a clump of someone else’s hair on our floor. The room was very small. It seemed much smaller than other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. The bathroom felt very claustrophobic. I’m an average size person and I barely had room to turn around in the bathroom without bumping into something. Our toilet seat was broken and kept coming loose. The sink was small and the faucet was too close to the edge so water kept pooling and dripping on the counter. We did not eat breakfast but we did take a look, and saw that it was the same options that were served at a Holiday Inn Express we recently stayed at. However the regular Holiday Inn charges a fee whereas the Express has continental breakfast. I think this hotel would be fine for one or two people who just need a quick place to rest but if you’re looking for a longer stay or traveling with the family, look elsewhere.

I have never been more disappointed in a staff or management than I was during our stay. I wish I had gone somewhere else. We lost our home and needed to stay in a hotel until we found another home or apartment. Disappointment follows us wherever we go.

Room cleaning and trash disposal

The room was only cleaned and the trash dumped every other day. There were very limited breakfast options for people with dietary restrictions. The in room lighting was insufficient. There were a large number of contractors staying in the facility and the noise was excessive.
