Clean rooms and great breakfast but pool had much to be desired.

Clean rooms and great breakfast but pool had much to be desired. The pool water was so warm, it felt disgusting to be in it. It was not 'refreshing' at all. Felt like we walked into a warm/hot bath water. There was also dead ants floating around the pool as well as outside of it. I truly enjoyed our breakfast options and our room was clean with comfortable beds. So if you're not going to use the pool, you'll be fine.

Expensive experience

Very expensive for what was offered. Stayed at hotel just behind this one for our second night for 75$ less and found it just as nice with exactly the same breakfast and excellent rooms.

Crowne Plaza Beirut hotel is well located in the heart of the capital of Beirut in Hamra Main Street, a prime destination for business, leisure and shopping.
The property consists of 190 rooms ,some overlooking the Mediterranean Sea equipped with free high-speed internet, laptop-sized safe, a minibar and satellite LCD TV. The hotel features an indoor pool, and a full-service on-site Health Club Fitness Zone and an amusement and bowling center.
Beirut International Airport is 8km away, Beirut Downtown and Souks are just 10 minutes' drive and the famous seafront Corniche where pigeon rock is located.
The hotel’s all-day restaurants serve a variety of local and international dishes. Buffet breakfast is served at Vivaldi restaurant.
Our banquets and conferences are natural daylight, equipped and can welcome up to 600 guests.

Very Disappointed

Booked as a overnight rest stop. It was the worse Holiday Inn experience we have had in 20 plus years of travel. We found dirt and hair under the sheets of the bed, no towels in the bathroom, and pills of some unknown type on the floor. Never again at this location.

Poor Hotel

i stay in several IHG hotels a year, i would never recommend this Hotel to anyone!! Air Conditioning in the room didn't work, informed hotel nothing they could do! Hotel Night Auditor parked in the Handicap Spot just outside the door because it was close!! Total disrespect to people who actually need the spot. Morning person could try using a comb or brush before coming to work!! This place it the biggest POS i have stayed in. Employee's are only there for a pay check and not for service. if you say it is hard to find employees i understand but this starts at the top with training or the lack of that they have received!!!

We are located just off Route 219 South and within a short driving distance to a number of attractions, businesses and surrounding cities, including Olean, NY. For guests who are traveling for leisure, there are a variety of fun and educational indoor and outdoor activities near our hotel. Lace up your hiking boots and adventure through the trails at Allegany State Park or take the family for a day on the slopes at Holiday Valley Ski Resort . In addition, we are just a short distance from the Seneca Allegany Casino . In our Bradford Holiday Inn Express, corporate travelers are treated to a list of amenities to make their trip more convenient. For our corporate traveling guests, we are just minutes away from many of our local businesses. Not Worth the Price

This hotel is surrounded by factories and lumber yard. It does not match the pictures online. The breakfast quality is poor. The pancake machine is broken 4/5 days that we stayed. You have to request housekeeping the night before. When we requested it, they only cleaned half of the room. Not worth the price!

Noisy Hallway, Disappointed Customer Service

The lobby hallway leads to elevators and swimming, the hallway was wet and dirty, but no warning sign was placed.
The guest room hallway was extremely noisy in the morning (started at 5:30 am) and I made a call to the front desk. Nothing was changed or improved, and I had no rest so I checked out at 7 am. I waited an hour at the front desk to talk to a manager and was later informed they were not on site and will give me a call. Three days have passed, no call no follow-up. I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel, this is not the same level of expectations as other IHG membership hotels.
