Not really a spa as indicated in the description. Myself and my daughter had two mini treatments and both were quite disappointing The pedicure and manicure was just a polish really no massaging of the feet. Nail varnish started chipping off after a few days. Facial was okay but just really a gentle face wash Therapists were lovely though

Only holiday Inn in Mongolia. I had no options. Overall, the hotel is clean, gym and restaurants are great. The only problem I didn't like was the laundry service. They didn't even wash my clothes. They just ironed it and put it in a plastic bag. I called reception and raised my concern, they asked me to come down to the lobby and write the complaint on a piece of paper in order to get a refund. This was just ridiculous. Also, if you lose your plastic room key, they will charge you 50,000 Tugriks!!! Which is a joke!!

The guest room was well appointed with all required features. The restaurant was under renovation so a temporary restaurant was available, and no bar. No draft beers.

Comfortable bed but otherwise outdated

The staff was amicable and welcoming upon our arrival. The bed was quite comfortable. The shower offered hot water with consistent pressure. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with plenty of options. Overall the place was dirty, from the overflowing trash out front to the room itself. We moved two chairs in our room, and the carpet underneath hadn't been vacuumed for some time, and the gnats in our room were at times overwhelming. The ice machine did not work on our floor. This hotel needs to be remodeled.

Horrible stay and service

My stay started with checking-in at the front desk, in which I was greeted by a rude employee. This employee told me I can pay at the end of my stay which I told him I’d be using a separate card. The employee then tried to run my credit card on file right there, after I told him I’d use a different card. After this issue I paid cash, and the employee tried to tell me I don't get a receipt for that. I also didn’t get a receipt for my damage deposit. Upon arrival of my room I was sad to see my room was the size of a closet but thought nothing of it. Unfortunately I had friends in about 10-15 other rooms which had kitchettes, couches, patios and large bathrooms. We all paid the same nightly fee, but I was stuck in my closet sized room with no patio, a bathroom sink in my room and my view was the patio from the room next to me.It was a horrible stay with horrible customer service and I would never stay or recommend someone to stay here.

Problem with drainage and broken toilet seat

Sink drainage wasn’t working and we asked the staff at the desk to fix it. Nothing happen. It was so awful. Also, toilet seat was loose and moving. For breakfast, there were a very small space to pickup food and waiting long to get food, but by that time some of the dishes were empty and during pandemic, you don’t want to go through a small area crowded with unmasked guests and staff! Totally disappointing!!

This hotel is in serious need of an update, thorough cleaning and staffing reboot.
I stay within the IHG brand exclusively for all business travel and most leisure travel as well. This property is among the worst I have visited. Unwelcome feeling from disinterested staff, outdated in general and most damning was that it just isn't clean. Outdated is something people can live with as not all hotels in the brand have gotten the update but there is no excuse for cleanliness to be an issue. Staffing is tough right now but this hotel needs to take a long look at who they are putting front and center to the visitors.
There are options within the brand nearby. Go with one of those.
For some reason it only allows me an option of an excellent rating. Clearly this is NOT the case.
