Cold water, keys didn't work, no turn down

Our hot water was cold, or at best intermittently luke warm for 3 days. Our keys stopped working each day and needed reprogramming. Our room was not turned down despite the tag being placed on the door to request it. All of this was reported. On the last day the duty manager assured me that another manager would be in touch regarding our issues and some sort of refund. Over a week later and I've had no contact. Very poor.

Never Again

Let me start by saying I have been a Diamond Elite IHG member since 2015. I have never left a reservation early until last week when I did just that.
I should have know staff was not up to standards when they ignored my room preferences and when I brought that up, replied "you'll like this room".
Instead of dragging this out here is a list.
- Filthy Shower head
- Door Handle to room only worked half of time making getting in a routine test
- Side doors did not work, so only one entrance
- Half of the Channels on the TV do not work
- Rude staff that would rather play on their cell phone
- AC unit that could not cool room and paired with occupancy sensor you had a room over 80 degrees at night while sleeping and after returning from being out during the day.

Room was shown as ADA which I needed. It was not. There was no soap for the sink. When asked for some at the front desk I was told had some on order but did not have any available then. I went to the store and bought a bar for the sink. With COVID still happening not having soap is a big deal!

avoid Room 230

Avoid Room 230 if you're staying at this hotel. The water from AC above kept dripping every few seconds, hitting our units throughout the entire night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. At 2 AM I finally complained to the manager. She offered me three options: 1. move the entire family to a different room (not ideal because my 2 boys were asleep, and we would have to pack to move out); 2. a $30 reduction in the bill; and 3. pay an extra $90 (including tax) to get another room for myself. None of the options were ideal. I woke up late in the morning feeling tired and miserable, and that affected our trip to Mount Rainier! Room 230 had failed completely to delivered the very basic function of a hotel - to guarantee the quality of a good night sleep and rest for its guests. Avoid this room entirely if you're booking a room with this hotel!

NOBODY was friendly at this hotel. They stare you down, but will not speak. Go to Springhill Suites in front of them for friendlier service.

Bed was about as awful as the food

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and the biscuits were so hard I broke my fork trying to eat it!!!! Only good thing at breakfast was the Coca Cola!!! Would never book here again!!!
