Staff lied to me about retrieving a forgotten flash drive with music

1. while moving between the rooms I forgot a flash drive with music, which was plugged into a TV so I went to the front desk and asked them to retrieve the drive. The front desk staff contacted the housekeeping; the housekeeping went into the room and could not locate/retrieve the drive. So I went and talked to Snejana about this: she said that she would ask the hotel engineer to retrieve the drive. I waited till the next day, went to talk to Snejana again and asked her about the drive: apparently she lied to me since the engineer did not go to the room. Then she apparently went to talk to the manager on duty, came back in 2 minutes and told me that they cannot do anything about the forgotten drive... what a treatment of an IHG Platinum Elite member!? Guess what? I was able to contact the people who moved into my old room and they were kind to return the drive to me on my last day at this property.
2. some of the tv channels did not work; the hotel engineer was notified; he stopped by the room once and I never heard back from him again so the issue was not resolved!
3. the smoking areas on both sides of the hotel entrance is a very bad idea! If one has to wait outside, there is no way to avoid the cigarette smoke!
4. Snejana (again) wanted to charge me extra money for a free night stay!? Either she is new and needs more training or she is not an honest person (see above).
5. Based on the above, I am not returning to this hotel.

Nice hotel, sold my room to someone else though

I booked my room a month in advance, it was to be a room with two beds. Upon checking in, I was told there weren't any rooms left with two beds. How does that happen? Anyway. They sent up a roll away cot, which is just as expected, uncomfortable and not much better than the floor. I was however offered free breakfast, but we were unable to use it due to our time constraints the next morning. Other than that, the hotel was very nice, and very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable bed and great service

The garden room and terrace are welcoming and pleasant. There are charging stations throughout the indoor common areas and a nice gym downstairs. The rooms are small with minimal bathroom amenities.

Perfect location. Close to shopping outlets, food, Bourbon street. Beds need improvement, mattress quality was not the best. Hotel offered to change rooms but would’ve been too much of a hassle. Pool area was private and quiet.

Convenient, clean, comfortable and great service

Our trip from NJ to Idaho included an overnight near Denver airport. Being an IHG Rewards member, we always check that site first. This Atwell Suites was close to the airport. The complimentary shuttle was important as we had several pieces of luggage. The shuttle was on time and driver very helpful. We were greeted with a smile when we entered the lobby and although I forget her name, the evening front desk manager on Wednesday, Aug 3rd was warm and friendly. She checked us in quickly and offered suggestions for dining that evening. Also made sure to have us on the list for the morning shuttle. The hotel is lovely and the room was perfect...clean and comfortable. The folks at the front desk in the morning were also warm, friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for any type of travel through Denver area.

The room is big and has plenty of space. The beds are comfortable. However, the wifi connection is bad. You cannot connect to the hotel wifi most of the time.

Okay stay

Stayed here twice in 1 week, shower curtains were moldy and dirty in both rooms. They need replaced. Staff were friendly and nice.
