Welcome to avid hotel Nashville International Airport in Nashville, TN. Located at less than 2 miles from airport curbside, our hotel is about 10 miles from the Nashville downtown area. Only 10 minutes away from Opryland and Nashville Shores, the hotel is conveniently located whether travelling for business or leisure. We’re close to great local restaurants and entertainment options such as Darfon’s, and Topgolf in Nashville.

Terrible Hotel

Was extremely excited to try this hotel as we travel qute a bit and the location was perfect. We ate beyond disappointed with this hotel and will not be back or recommend.

Room Cleanliness

I checked in and left. I got back to the hotel room late (around 11pm). I walked in and I wanted to lay down on the bed, but I noticed there was a bunch of hair on white sheet. I took the picture and called the front desk. They put me on hold and after I told them what I observed they said, they do not have any extra rooms to place me. I asked if someone could at least come and change the sheets. I was waiting forever it was close to midnight already. Finally I packed my stuff and went down to talk to front desk. They said they have a new room for me. They gave me a new key. I went to the room, but the room smelled like someone was smoking there, so I called front desk and complained again. They found the third room for me.

Probably the worst stay we have ever had anywhere

The dining waitress and the front desk ladies were the only positive point. Polite and knew their jobs. Sad to say the bartender needs work she was very rude. We left without ordering. The Executive suite was not much better than a bunker. The furniture was old and tired. Grandma would have fit right in. The toilet rocked. The air conditioner could wake the dead when turning on. The weird window between rooms ??? I understand the reasoning, light filtering. The problem with that is it is like a strobe light for the bedroom when the living room is watching T.V.

Now is the worse hotel in town

Totally disappointed in this hotel, it went from being my number one choice in town to being my last choice.
In one month I had 3 reservations and with the last one they confirmed that it is better that I don't stay there anymore.
Lack of maintenance to the rooms, curtains in the bathrooms with fungi, smell of sewage in the entire room. In addition, poor customer service management by reception.
For an IHG hotel it's pretty disappointing that they don't even honor member tier benefits.

I’ll start with the good since there wasn’t much. The hotel is new so it has nice beds and newer carpets, paint, appliances ect. We stayed in the 2br 2bath suite from Sunday- Saturday. First three days the tv wasn’t working, we couldn’t connect to the wifi from any device and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. We let them know right away. Nobody did anything. We kept notifying them and the one employee told us this wasn’t really their problem. They gave us a phone number to call for the internet because it’s a “known issue”. The number told us it was on the hotels end to fix. (We never got wifi) We ended up calling customer relations on the third day and they then had the manager come fix the toilet and tv. He said he would work on the Wi-Fi. The only employee at this hotel that’s friendly and accommodating is the lady who does breakfast most mornings. If she wasn’t doing the breakfast, however, it wouldn’t be ready on time and most of the stuff would be “out” like the waffle mix, juice, milk ect and the employee would act annoyed and rude when asked for anything. They apparently aren’t doing any room cleaning..maybe because of CoVid? I’m not sure… but we had to ask several times to have the trash removed from our room and replace the dirty towels. They never did that so we had to go get garbage bags and ask the front desk for clean towels. There’s garbage all over the hotel in the halls. People just sit it outside their rooms and it can go a couple days before anyone picks it up. We witnessed another family trying to check in to their reservation at 8pm and they told the family the room wasn’t clean so they couldn’t check in. After arguing the staff offered to go up and get it ready but it wasn’t his job so it wasn’t going to be “that clean”. If you like to be gaslighted by the staff then this is the hotel for you. If you want to get what you pay for like wifi, tv, breakfast, a clean hotel ect then go somewhere else. We never got wifi the entire week. They never offered us any compensation or even an apology for all the issues.

A modern hotel next door to King Power Stadium, home to Leicester City Football Club, with free Wi-Fi, free parking and breakfast included
Holiday Inn Express® Leicester City hotel is five minutes' drive from the city centre. There are direct trains to London from
Leicester station, less than two miles away. The M1 and M69 motorways are both within 15 minutes' drive, and East Midlands Airport (EMA) is half an hour away by car.
You can host a meeting in the hotel's three modern conference rooms, which have space for up to 40 people. The hotel is less than a mile from both the University of Leicester and De Montfort University , and walking distance from many important city-centre businesses.
Head to the international racing circuit, Silverstone, in just 45 minutes. If you prefer history, the King Richard III Visitor Centre is five minutes' drive away. For another educational adventure, take the kids to the National Space Centre, 10 minutes by car from the hotel. Highcross Shopping Centre, just over a mile away, has more than 100 stores and a 12-screen cinema.
Sit down in the morning to the free Express Start Breakfast buffet, with scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, beans, and sausages, plus continental items. There's a bar attached to the hotel, and you can relax after a day of meetings with a cool beer in the modern bar.

Air Con not functioning on a very hot night

I stayed 1 night at this hotel with my family. I booked this hotel purely on the basis of my past experience with HIE and the fact that the room had to have Air Conditioning during the heat wave we had recently. To our dismay, the Air Conditioning was not functioning. The staff fobbed me off stating that is takes about an hour or so for the A/C to kick in - they must take me for a fool (like I don't have A/C at home, in the car, or that I have stayed in other hotels with A/C). The staff then provided a fan which was useless. They refused to change our room. My family and I did not sleep the whole night as the room was extremely hot. The staff just shrugged their shoulders after I complained on 2 occasions. There was no Duty Manager at work the entire Weekend that I could raise my complaint to!!! How is that possible??? I emailed the manager Chris after returning home. It has been nearly 3 weeks now and I have no no response whatsoever!!!

Noisy hallways

This building does not appear to have any soundproofing. I was awaken several times during the night by people talking (normal voice) in the hallways and we could hear doors closing throughout the corridor. Room above us sounded like elephants stomping but was just guests walking around. Not the staff's fault, but the owners/builders/architects skipped a major need for a hotel. Ultimately a hotel room is for sleeping, so we will have to find a different location.

Our Holiday Inn Houston NRG /Medical Area is located next door to NRG Stadium and NRG Park in south Houston. The hotel is easily accessible from the 610 loop and the downtown, while Minute Maid Park, Museum District and the George R. Brown Convention Center are just minutes away. The Texas Medical Center is less than two miles away and the hotel offers shuttle transportation to all of these medical facilities including the acclaimed MD Anderson Cancer Center. The popular Houston Museum District is just minutes from our Houston, Texas hotel near Hermann Park including the Houston Zoo.
Our hotel in Houston offers spacious rooms and suites with plenty of room for the whole family. Did not like the hotel at all

When I booked this room it says breakfast wasn't included which was a lie I checked in one room it had a smell HBO channels did not work and the toilet was leaking checked in another room only got one HBO channel and then the room starts smelling I was too tired by then to switch to another room
