Very new hotel with wonderful rooms and access to nearby food

This hotel is very nice as we have stayed here before, we just had a very bad experience this time. I do not expect that again so recommend this hotel as it is a great stopping point for us on the way to Cincinnati, OH from Rochester, NY. We also really enjoyed our dinner nearby at the Red Hawk Grille. Highly recommend it.

Parking Situation - BEWARE

The hotel itself is OK, bathroom and room were clean and accommodating. The parking situation is very misleading, and from what I saw it's a safe bet to assume that when you arrive there will be no parking, and the desk person will throw a list of parking garages at you ($47 a night!) and from that point you are on your own. Parking policy VERY misleading.

The hotel seems to get a high rating on a lot of sites but I don’t get it:
-The room and the hallway had a musty smell.
-There was only one small garbage can in the whole room.
-There were multiple garbage bags in the hallways that stayed there the entire stay
-The bathroom had a bad smell and the exhaust fan was fully covered in dust.
-The lotion on the sink was used and not replaced.
-There was a lot of hair in the shower.

In 6 days the room was never cleaned, trash never removed, 2 towels and wash cloths never replaced. For the same room rates other hotels include breakfast.
