Charged for nights I did not stay.

I checked and paid the bill for one night. Now a week later my credit card bill has another charge for the remaining nights that i did not stay! I called and talked to the front desk this morning. They said the main manager would have to review and call me back. Six hours later and I have not heard back.

Poor service poor room upkeep

Broken shower no soap breakfast was extremely limited more then half of the areas that were supposed to be filled with food never had food in them they were clean and turned off

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will not stay here again. Horrible experience. Ac was broken. Pool broken. Bed was extremely hard. Breakfast was horrible. Shower curtain was broken. Why do you make everyone type so much?

Very Disappointed!

Upon entering room we were in disbelief! Room not vacucmed. Had a very horrible black leather chair. The leather chair had big peeling leather pieces missing and pieces on floor too. We even took pics. That chair belonged in the dump! Told front desk about the chair and even showed her some pics we took and that the room was dirty not vacuumed. Furniture old and scratched on surfaces. They said would take out chair and replace it and they were working on moving us to another room but they did NOT follow thru with what they said. Three days out of our 5-day stay the elevator was not working. It created chaos especially when we had tours scheduled to go to. The stay at hotel put a damper on our vacation! I would not recommend this hotel! We have the pics to prove it.

Its an ok stay

The room was quite big and was easy to find; however the value of the room did not meet the standards of the price. The bed was not great to sleep on, the pillows was overly used, the coffee maker was not clean and did not prepare the coffee right. The towels was old and need to be changed or updated for the presentation to the customer. the was not cleaned by the maid(things like to trash needed to be emptied, towels needed to be refreshed and replaced).
Overall, I was safe and the employees was very nice and professional.

Avoid this dump! Rude people, dirty and outdated rooms and so overpriced.....they are apparently very proud of this dump! There are plenty of choices, stay somewhere else!!!
