If you want excellent service and caring staff members then stay at another hotel. Housekeeping service is terrible and the hotel is not accommodating to the needs of its guests!

Five minutes' walk from Norwich International Airport , Holiday Inn® Norwich - North hotel is 15 minutes' drive from the city centre. Alternatively, leave the car in the hotel car park, where parking is available for a small fee, and walk to the nearby Park and Ride stop for a bus into town, where Norwich station is served by direct trains to London. Park, Stay & Go packages are available.
The 12th-century Norwich Cathedral , with its soaring spire, and the masterpieces at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts are both 20 minutes' drive from the hotel. The Norfolk Broads ' rivers and lakes are a 45-minute drive away. An hour from the hotel, enjoy a tour of the royal Sandringham Estate 's grand country house and vast gardens.
Business guests are a 20-minute drive from Broadland Business Park . At the hotel, seven flexible spaces, including an event suite with a state-of-the-art light show, can host functions for up to 600 people theatre-style. Audiovisual equipment free Wi-Fi is available.

Too much construction and mold

Upon arrival, my wife and I, and my in-laws encountered heavy construction on the outside of the building, with extension cords, air lines and such running into the front door. We had to navigate over and around stacked tile, moved furniture and tools to just get to the desk. At the desk we were greeted with “Hey dude”. I was not identified as a diamond elite member, nor was I offered the welcome amenities that I’m accustomed to when I stay out for work. (Which is 6 days a week). We got our keys and went up to our rooms, where we found our doors open and taped with painters tape and all of the locking hardware removed. We contacted the front desk and they sent up a maintenance person to remove the tape but refused to re-install the lock hardware. Inside our rooms were a very chilly 66 degrees and the air was wet with moisture. On the ceiling in my room, there was mold “bleeding “ through a botched paint job to cover it up. The bed was so hard the springs were digging into my wife’s back. The ice machine in the fridge was broken and wouldn’t make ice. Because of the construction, there was no effort to put any type of breakfast out. Overall, the staff should’ve shut the entire facility down while they did their renovations. I paid over 120,000 points for a stay that should’ve cost way less. I will never return to this hotel. They do not portray what an IHG hotel is supposed to be. I will be staying at my normal IHG hotel on our next trip.

Modern Hotel near Columbia Maryland

not good stay

i had to hang my own shower curtain. the remote didn't work and had to switch it out. I ended up getting bit by i am assuming was bed bugs. my corporate office scheduled and inadvertently scheduled as government so I had to pay full price for room.

Worse experience ever

My flight was delayed so I missed my connecting. I selected this hotel because it had a shuttle and was close to the airport, but now I wish I had just stayed at the airport all night. It has a drop ceiling and most of the panels were chipped and broken which made me think someone could have easily come over from the other rooms and come inside/ seen inside my room. The room had been cleaned but was filthy - stained walls & tub, scratched paint. The gab under the door was so large you could lay on the floor and see in. Had the shuttle still been running I would have gone back to the airport. I’m regretting I didn’t call a Uber. I didn’t turn out the lights or even get in bed because I was too scared. I am disappointed in Holiday Inn for putting there name on this hotel, don’t be fooled!

This place is in need of dire need of repair and maintenance. the floor is sticky and turns your feet black. the dresser drawers had hair in them and we had to call the front desk every time we wanted to go down in the elevator. we have stayed at this place several times and it is getting worse every time we go. This will be the last time we stay at this location.

Quite possibly the most disturbing experience i have ever had at an IHG property. Room floor was so filthy, my sandals got dirtier from the hotel room than theydid from the street. The food served kept me on the toilet. Just horrible.

Recently renovated hotel featuring a fresh modern decor and great perks like free high-speed wireless Internet, our Fresh Start breakfast each morning and indoor pool and fitness center. We are just off Interstate 70 and exit 298, making it easy to get to Fort Riley Army Base, area businesses, attractions and Manhattan, Kansas.
This hotels location is great for corporate travelers. In addition, our proximity to I-70 helps you get to your next destination with ease. The hotels’ conference room is available if you need a place to host up to 12 attendees.
Unique shopping, plus the usual fare, are within 10 minutes of the hotel. Once the pool renovation is completed, you can relax in the hotel's indoor pool.
Don’t leave Junction City without taking in the beauty of the Clark Hills and the Flint Hills. Our area is bordered by nearly 7 miles of rolling, resplendent, hills and part of the Tall Grass Land. Take a picture, return in 10 minutes, take another and marvel at the difference in the colors.

No one at front desk during 3 day stay.
Front door was filthy dirty and never cleaned.
Snack Bar was empty of water and no snacks
Clerk took my credit card back behind front desk and out of my sight for more than five minutes upon check pin. I don't like not seeing my credit card at all times.
Room was recently redone and was very nice.
Made service was friendly and accommodating of our needs.

We pride ourselves on having a great location whether you are travelling to a local business, participating in a sports tournament, attending a wedding or just visiting the area; we know how to meet your needs. Conveniently located off of the HWY 401, we are within walking distance from Restaurants and Entertainment such as Kelsey's, The Tap and Tankard and The Greek Tycoon (to name a few). We are also within walking distance from the Whitby GO Station and an hour train ride from downtown Toronto.
Before heading out to explore the area, come and enjoy our signature Hot Buffet Breakfast. We also provide complimentary parking, a fitness room, Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the hotel. Room was not cleaned properly prior to arrival. Had to ask several times for it to be cleaned. Garbage left behind and gross odour in the room.

Disappointing doesn't even come close to summarising our stay - business meeting booked which was why we stayed, however food and atmosphere play a big part for business meetings and leisure bookings - never want to repeat the experience again!
