Comfortable bed

The cleanliness was great the beds were comfortable the service was not great besides the cleaning lady Judy the front desk check in guy was more worried about the guy standing next to us. The gentleman the next day was mostly on his phone and didn’t take my concern of not having breakfast or coffee for my husband to go to work like it was no big deal
One use of TP and no tissues at all. Very disappointed when these are the hotels that we normally live and brag about. I don’t know what has happened but we are very disappointed

Below par stay

This hotel had a very comfortable bed but that’s about all it had going for it. The staff was not at the desk when I arrived late in the evening. There was no bell to let asomeone know I was waiting. The microwave did not work and there was no soap in the bathroom. The breakfast was good but overall, I will not stay at this location again.

Friendly service, lacking maintenance

The staff was very friendly but the hotel was lacking in maintenance. The grounds had several parts laying around near the parking lot during our stay, including trash bags over lights. Then in the room the wallpaper was peeling and discolored, and the bathroom needed attention.

Stay away while under renovation.

Someone vomited on the stairs during my stay. It looked like the vomit was scraped up and covered in baking soda. The stairwell stunk for days.
The lobby has been recently renovated and looks nice. The rooms are in the middle of renovation and are not clean or fully functional.

Clean room. terrible front desk staff

Terrible customer service from front desk. Waited 35 minutes for attendant and then the person was aggregated with us and disgruntled with us. We knocked on doors and made our voices loud in order to get help and then he was not kind or apologetic.

Bad stay experience

They never came in to clean room, had to go down and get my own towels and change blanket is was all ripped and stuffing coming out, would not move us to being full even though I asked to be right next to kitchen and that’s where my room was

Broke Stuff

Made reservations late in the day. After check in, staff informed me the elevator was broke- my room was on the third floor. Asked when it might be repaired and she said it had been broken for over 3 weeks. With no other options that late in the day, I took it. After carrying bags to the top floor, I noted the hallway air conditioning was not operating at all. It was a 100 degree day in TX. After entering the room, the A/C was running but not completely cool. I set it to a lower temperature and went to bed. The A/C struggled, cycling off and on and not really cooling off until early in the morning. I slept out from under sheets most of the night. Overall the room was clean but shows signs of wear. Powered blinds jammed twice while trying to close them. Didn’t really get a good nights sleep. Cannot recommend this property.
