Terrible place to stay!!

The manager is all out to take your money and don’t want you to use any of the facilities unless you pay more for your stay. The new guy that just moved back from the state of Washington that just started working their at the front desk was very nice and did a fantastic job. He was very helpful to us in many ways.

Stay far away from this horrible hotel!

Dirty, outdated, nasty pool, mold in bathroom, smells like mold and mildew. This was a horrible hotel. Very dated. Horrible mattress. The pool is absolutely filthy and the pool area is nasty and in much need of updates.

Only 5 miles to Downtown Nashville, Fifth and Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman, and so much more. Hostile Front Desk Clerk Ruined our Stay

After a long day of travelling, we were looking forward to a relaxing night. As we tried to check in, the front desk clerk insisted we only had a reservation for one room. After showing her the reservation in the app, she said she would have to enter it manually. After a number of attempts, she kept asking me for redundant information that was on the other reservation. Being tired, I answered her questions repeatedly and on the second attempt at my email, her tone got aggressive. I gave her the info and apologized for my frustration. Instead of being helpful, she growled at me that she wasn't sorry for her hostility and said that she "was taught to give what she gets". We drag our bags to the room and one of the rooms is not cleaned and missing sheets. I had to go back down and I told her one of the rooms was not made. She questioned what i meant by "not being made". Worst customer service I've ever encountered. DO NOT STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IN NASHVILLE I40/WHITEBRIDGE ROAD unless you like poor customer service and being verbally assaulted.

We are less than 15 minutes from the Mexico City International Airport, just 10 minutes from the Central Norte de Autobuses, 15 minutes from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the historic center, main avenues such as Av. Circuito interior and Av. Calz de los misterios is nearby, giving you easy access to other areas of the city. Start your day with a complimentary American-style breakfast buffet, relax throughout the afternoon, and work out in the gym. At night, rest in comfortable rooms designed to give you the best night's rest. In addition, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a meeting room and a Business Center.

Inconsistent pricing

I made a reservation on IHG website. When I stayed at the hotel, the hotel charged a higher price than the reservation price. I called IHG helpdesk and no one offered any help. Very disappointed with poor customer service. Wouldn't stay with IHG again

Awful experience

Unfortunately we had an awful stay at this hotel. We have enjoyed stays at other of holiday inn family hotels in the past but not this stay. Unable to relax because the room was unclean the bathroom was not clean either. There was a used bar of soap in the bathtub. We never felt like we could relax or even sit down. We arrived after 10pm and had been driving all day and had to drive all day the following day so this was very disappointing and tiring. We did not bring this to the attention of the staff because it was so late and we were informed the hotel was booked and we also could not find a different hotel in the area because they were booked as well. If it had been earlier in the day we would have asked for a refund and left immediately and found a different hotel. But we had no choice but to "stick it out" which is an awful feeling and experience when we paid a decent amount to stay at the hotel a d get some rest, which we were unable to do.

Reservation cut short without single notice

I had made a reservation for 3 nights, only to find out when returning to the hotel at 21:30 for the 3rd night that the room had been given to someone else. My reservation conformation clearly showed 3 nights and at check-in I confirmed 3 nights stay, but at this point all the staff could say was "our system says 2 night". My belongings where removed and stored in plastic bags in the reception area. There had been no attempt to contact me via phone, email etc during the day. The hotel was fully booked so I had to find another hotel at 21:30 in the evening. To make matters worse, I have filled the Customer Care forms on IHG website twice, but not a single response in 2 months! Very, very poor customer service!

Comfortable chair in the room.

The customer service was very poor wasn’t friendly at all. I really didn’t rest well at all. Pillows was too too soft. Shower was comfortable. This wasn’t enjoyable at all. Desk clerk seems to not want to be bothered.

Disappointed

Hotel needs to be better kept. Needs updates and better cleaning. There were dirty towels through the hallway. The toilet and tub were dirty. Not enough shampoo to wash your hair. No food when I arrived at 9:30
