A stunning vista overlooking our marina and the dazzling blue water of Frenchman’s Bay awaits you when you visit the Bar Harbor Regency Holiday Inn. With over 1000 feet of ocean frontage, this multi-level resort offers luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites, recreational facilities, two restaurants, a tiki bar, and meeting facilities, including a ballroom, for up to 200 guests. Commercial transportation to the resort is available by reservation to or from nearby Bangor International or Trenton Airports, where there are also car rental and taxi services.

Not worth the price

Overly priced. Restaurants on property were average and overly priced. My room was nothing exciting. Just average old hotel. I reserved a room with a balcony and was given a very small porch with no chairs and parking lot view. Had to actually climb out of a window to stand on the porch. Pool was green and the hot tub had a gross foaming film the entire time.

Decent stay

Decent stay for a decent price. breakfast had a lot of selections but everything tasted pretty awful including the juice. The shower made a loud noise every time it was turned on and there’s only one towel in my room.

DIRTY bathrooms and terrible customer service

Terrible experience. Had to clean my own shower drain as it wasn’t draining at all and the other room we had didn’t have working shower at all. The manager won’t work with us on resolving the issue. Very disappointed. Don’t book here.

Linen was dirty

Very dissatisfied with my hotel stay. Hotel staff was rude. They blamed the city water supplier for the water pressure as well as the dirty linen

NORMALLY A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

I have easily stayed at this hotel over 50 times and always enjoyed the stay, but I was very disappointed this time. The hotel location is great and is nice, which is why I almost always stay here when I'm in Indy. I was going to have a long driving day, about 12 hours, so I paid the extra cost for a jacuzzi suite. I got back to my room about 11PM after visiting friends. I filled up the jacuzzi, turned on the timer, got into the tub to relax. I pushed the button, nothing. I got back out checked the timer, it was running, but I reset it and tried again. Nothing when I pushed the button. Oh well, I had a nice large tub to take a bath in. I told the clerk in the morning, the jacuzzi didn't work. Her response was "I'll let them know". That didn't do anything for my stay.

A smart hotel close to Manchester city centre with free parking and WiFi
Holiday Inn® Manchester - West hotel is two miles from Manchester city centre. It's less than two miles to Manchester Arena if you're going to see a concert or a sporting event. Need to catch a train? It's a 14-minute walk to Salford Central railway station , and Manchester Piccadilly station is two and a half miles away. Manchester Airport is 10 miles away.
If you're a football fan, Old Trafford is two miles away and Etihad Stadium is four miles away. If you'd rather see a show, the hotel is one mile from the Manchester Opera House theatre and two miles from the Palace Theatre .
Visiting Manchester on business? The hotel has two naturally lit meeting rooms – the boardroom has space for 10 guests, while the Quay Suite caters for up to 50 people. It can also be divided into two separate rooms using a flexible wall. Manchester's vibrant MediaCityUK and Salford Quays area is a nine-minute drive from the hotel.

Old Hotel tiny rooms

Stayed at this hotel beginning of July, check-in was easy and receptionist helped to change room, although I asked for larger rooms / suites and he said none available.
Building is old and rooms are tiny however parking was free and plenty of spaces.
The morning of checkout I called reception to request late checkout they said latest at 2pm and a charge of £10 will apply even though I said I am a club member they said no I will have to pay, I said OK but I was unhappy as I stayed before at IHG hotels and used to get it for free.
At approx 12:15 ~ 12:20pm I got a call to say I haven't checked out and that I will have to pay £10 per hour so in total £20 to checkout at 2pm, I said last person I talked to said only £10 for the extra two hours, they refused and said it is per hour, also manager got on the phone and confirmed, I was finishing some work so I needed the extra time but I refused to be treated like this so I checked out and carried on working in the car.
I found out later that as a club member (lowest tier) I should get late check out till 2pm for FREE! Which was confirmed when I stayed at Warrington about a week later.
So this service plus the tiny rooms mean I will never go back there again!

Not Happy not worth what you charge

Over priced, no regular coffee in room, no trash liners. What price match online price, why be a gold IHG rewards member if you won’t give me a better price. You put all your guest on same floor next to each other when hotel is not booked, paper thin walls
