Nice suite with separate living area

My wife, daughter and I stay there recently. Nice, comfortable, clean and convenient suite with separate living and two bedrooms. Nice location for access to shopping and restaurants. Proximity to the Metromover and Metrotrain is a plus! Complimentary breakfast was a real let-down but that served at the Masaico was quite good. Would stay there again!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, it was stylish and very trendy. We loved the restaurant right downstairs and the valet service was wonderful. All the employees you crossed paths with were kind and catered to guests exceptionally.

Comfortable Hotel, Little English

As a couple, we stayed a week at the new Atwell Suites Miami Brickell. We are IHG Diamond members. It was a mixed experience. The check in was chaotic. I guess I hit it at rush hour (2pm) as I need to wait a long time and didn't actually get a room until nearly 5pm (none were cleaned yet). I was promised a room with a good view toward the sea. I was then given a room with opposite view. When I complained, the staff changed my room so a South view that has partial view to the sea. Staff said no rooms look directly toward the sea (which is not true). The rooms are modern and decent size for a couple. There is a mini fridge and microwave but not a single dish or bowl or spoon. I asked at the restaurant and navigating no enish amongst the staff, I got a few plastic items. Ok. The no english was constantly a problem. The rooms get a good deal of street noise, even though up 17 to 24 floors. Each room does have a balcony. No chair or table. Nothing. The complimentary breakfast on the 24th floor was ok for me (pre-cooked omelets and fruit and yogurt) but my wife wished for some menu items such as in Courtyard, but it was not an option. There is a restaurant on the first floor where 20 dollar breakfast choices can be ordered however. The location of Atwell is good in the sense that it is just a few steps from the Metro Rail / Metro Mover. It's near great pubs and Restaurants of Brickell. So overall, a mixed experience for us. But depending on what you're looking for, you might be happy (or not).

Great modern hotel

Had a nice, refreshing weekend in the heart of Miami. Room was comfy and clean, the pool was great with a nice view of the city and I had everything I could wish for at walking distance from the hotel

Everything was great except being overcharged

The staff was nice, the room was clean. I was very pleased until the next day after leaving. I was told I was being charged 2100 and ended up being charged 2800.
