Great hotel with Great Staff

We had a great stay at Atwell Suites. The front desk staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Shoutout to Peter, who really made us feel welcome during our stay.
We liked the Modern decor and the size of the rooms.
Only negatives: Elevators often stopped for housekeeping/staff. It would be great if they had their own elevators.
Breakfast in the Atwell lounge was just alright, but plenty of other good places to eat around, and breakfast in Mosiac was definitely better.

Hotel was modern and room was beautiful and a decent size. Did have issues with the tv. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful!

Great, friendly service.

The hotel is in an urban area and the properties on each side are not occupied. Yet, it still felt safe walking around the neighborhood. We thought it odd that there were room balconies- we paid extra for it - but there were no chairs or a table there. Also, when we think of a suite, we expect things like glasses and dishes. If you're not into the noisy lobby bar scene, bring your own glasses, corkscrew or can opener. The view from the upstairs lobby bar/ breakfast area is great, but there was never any staff in the evening to get a drink. All told, this is a clean, well staffed hotel and we will go back.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient area, one block away from the trolley, Mover and metro stations. In this opportunity we didn’t rent a car, so it was important to us. The room was pristine, it was clean every day and the personal was friendly and collaborative.

Great stay in downtown Brickell

Location allowed us to walk to a multitude of shops, clubs, restaurants and cafes in Brickell Village. Balcony views were remarkable. We were delighted with the extra half bathroom layout in the 1 bedroom suite as we could multitask when preparing to go out. Bed was clean and comfortable

My experience was amazing the staff top notch. Peter was outstanding customer service, very professional. The employees were very welcoming, and looked happy to be at work. Atwel Suits - Views from 21st floor Awesome!

This hotel is a gem, location is great within 5 min walk from main Brickell Ave shops and dining. If you don’t want the noise and constant traffic of main Brickell Ave then this is the hotel for you where you can retreat to peace and quiet after doing Brickell City Center and the Avenue.
