My stay at this hotel was horrible staff not on the same page understaff and the cleanliness was not up to part for it to be a new hotel .With the large group we had some didn’t get a room which was unacceptable.

Worse hotel you can find in beautiful city of Gent

Air conditioning does not work. was known issue but hotel staff does not bother to let me know about it and gave me the rooms without A/C during summer heat. Do yourself a favor, look for another hotel for your stay.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Spokane Airport! Park, Stay & Fly with our complimentary shuttle service to and from Spokane International Airport (GEG). The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Spokane, where you'll find shopping at Riverpark Square, local wineries, dining, and entertainment at Riverfront Park, home of the 1974 World’s Fair. Filthy and disgusting place. Floors have never been cleaned. Stains on furniture. Hasn't even been vacuumed. Breakfast area not clean. Everything is beyond dirty. Will never stay again and has made negative impact on hotel brand.

The staff was good

Not a good value

Upon arrival, I asked where the ice machines were located. I was told there were none, but the room fridge would produce ice 10 minutes after I turned on the ice maker. After one hour, no ice.

Desk lamp not working. I called front desk and they said the had no maintenance staff available. I swapped bulbs with a floor lamp... still no dice. All of above in room 201.

Front desk agreed to give me a new room (211). Upon entering, I felt like I walked into a freezer... the AC was set to 60 degrees! I had to turn on the heat to get it to a reasonable temperature. Ice maker worked a little better than not at all: I think I got 12 ice cubes in 12 hours.

Toilet seat in 2nd room was loose. Keys would not open ANY of the side doors.

Neighbors in adjacent room had noisy s*x all night long, so I ended up with almost no sleep.

All in all, I would have had a better experience at a different hotel for a lot less money
