An Extended Stay hotel in Waco South-Woodway
The Staybridge Suites Waco South – Woodway is your gateway to Waco’s finest business and manufacturing districts and the famous Magnolia Silos Market. Located just off Hwy 84/Woodway Drive, the Staybridge Suites is two miles to the Richland Mall and Central Texas Market Place, eight miles to the ACT Airport, and six miles to Downtown Warehouse District and Baylor University. Numerous restaurants, TopGolf, and The Main Event are all just a short distance away.
Business travelers and project teams, prefer our location because of our close proximity to manufacturing companies and our quick access to Hwy 84 and Hwy 6. Traveling Nurses are only minutes from Ascension Providence Hospital and Baylor Scott & White. Our pet-friendly, spacious studio and one-bedroom suites feature all the comforts of a home with HDTVs, a flexible work area, full kitchens, complimentary 24-hr laundry, and a Fitness Center. A full hot breakfast bar is provided daily and complimentary Evening Socials with light meals are served Monday thru Wednesday. The Bridge Bar is open daily.
For family time, we feature a beautiful outdoor patio and pool, landscaped courtyard with fire-pits and BBQ Grills.
Sports teams are welcome and we are only minutes from the Baylor Sports Complex, Midway ISD, and Waco High ISD Athletic Centers.

Disgusting Room Cleaniness

My family & I checked in Friday evening, after being on the road most of the day. My 9year old daughter goes to take a shower & found a pair of disgusting, bloody, dirty underwear in the bathroom from the last guest. I went to front desk to inform them about it. He informed me he would send someone to come remove it. After like 15 mins of waiting & no one showed up to remove it. I had to go back to the front desk & demand it be removed now! One of the workers volunteered to remove it for me. THEN the next morning as we are checking out, my daughter again found a drawer that contained condoms, used sex toys along with open bottles of lubricants. I again had to go complain. The whole stay was just DISGUSTING. Whoever was responsible for cleaning that room did a horrible job. My daughter touch some of those items not knowing what they were. I am a rewards member & travel alot for my children. This has by far been the most disturbing & disgusting trip/room we have ever been in. We were in room 106

Located downtown, the Crowne Plaza® Monterrey provides its guests with a convenient location in the best area in town. Found near the main avenues such as Constitución and Morones Prieto , the hotel provides you with easy access to several cultural and toursits attractions. Either if you’re here on business or leisure, CONVEX and CINTERMEX convention centers are a short distance from the hotel. If you feel like discovering and enjoying Monterrey, a few minutes away from the hotel you will find the Contemporary Art Museum, the Mexican History Museum and the famous Macroplaza . Enjoy a day filled with entertainment at the Sesame Street themed park, enjoy a long walk at Paseo Santa Lucía or take a bike ride at Parque Fundidora . Try the delicious menu at our restaurant La Ventana or relax at the spa and the heated pool with an amazing crystal ceiling, which provides you with an amazing view of the sky. Other amenities include a tennis court, pool table, sauna and Fitness Center . The hotel offers free Internet access in all areas of the building.

Terrible management control at the pool. Hotel breaks their own rules by selling beer at the kids pool and allowing customers to drink inside.

Last minute decision to stay while traveling home from spring break. Nice location, comfy beds (one reason I always stay HIE) but odor in the room, dirty towels/bathroom, and killing a roach in the bathroom upon entering our room. Check in staff wasn’t the friendliest but sometimes that’s par for the course. Overall ok stay

Never Again!

Do not stay here!! Our room had a roach, black mold, dirty towels, a broken microwave, a dirty refrigerator, and dirty sheets and comforters.
The original room had holes in the sheets. The hotel did not have a fully stocked snack and drink area. What's on the website is not what the hotel currently looks like. All of the hotel's ice machines were broken, with black mold on the wall. We were told we had to buy a cooler and ice. The pool was not clean or available.
I paid $616 for this stay, and we should have turned around and checked out when the original room had holes in the sheets.
I have pictures of everything wrong in that room. Because of the roach incident, we had to shake our clothes out before entering our home. This is also after a 10-hour drive home.
When I checked out ( by housekeeping), I was told that the manager doesn't work on weekends and that the owner was out of town. What!?!
I'm still waiting for this situation to be fully resolved. I was told I would receive a free night at any IHG hotel (in points/no expiration date). I looked at my account today because I have to go to Indianapolis this coming weekend and the points were not added.
This isn't very pleasant. I will call in the morning.

Less than expected compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations. There was no sheets available for the pullout sofa, room cleanliness was poor, but staff was super friendly.

Comfortable bed, nice amenities

Stayed last week for a business conference. The staff were great but the facilities could use some work. The elevators were uncomfortable because they seemed to drop and lurch a lot. The thermostat and AC unit in my room made loud knocking noises when they came on, so woke us up at night. Room amenities were nice with plenty of outlets, great lighting, K-cup coffee pot, and a lighted makeup mirror. The lobby bar was nice but several of their featured drinks were not available and the food was okay. Overall, a nice stay.

Peter, Heber, Anna, and especially Donna, Bruno, and Barbie are all EXCELLENT staff members who care about making sure you have the best stay possible. This location is just mere steps from Disney Springs, and the property itself is surrounded by all kinds of great dining and shopping.
The hotel has a great lobby area with a great bar and restaurant and an excellent pool.
They also offer a great breakfast buffet.

Mom-cation

I stayed here on a mom's night away and had an absolutely amazing stay. From check in to check out, Wasana was very friendly and helpful, I even got an upgraded room! My friends and I dined in Harbourvue Horizon and the food and service were both fantastic. Keely had a great knowledge of the menu options and was very prompt with service, I had the 6oz steak cooked a perfect medium rare and the spinach dip for the starter. As an IHG member I got a complimentary late checkout which was perfect, I had a chance to sleep in before going back to Harbourvue Horizion for breakfast. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Saint John!

Newly remodeled rooms bar and restaurant

Since the remodel this hotel is really nice, new pool, and the entire inside has been remodeled, food is really good and the service is exceptional. The outside grounds are kinda in poor shape but I think they are working on that. UPS has its air hub pretty close to the hotel, so it can be a little loud if you are staying in a room that is on the outer perimeter of the building.
