Terrible service

I ended up having to check out midday and forgot a few shirts hanging in the closet. Called that night and no one answered. Called first thing the next morning and they said they would check. They claim they didn’t find anything. Bet someone’s husband or bf has some nice new shirts. Won’t be staying there again.

Poor management

You guys overcharged me $95 dollars for 3 consecutive early check in days!! I request my refund and the front desk person said they need the approval from the manager which by the way wasn’t at the hotel and they told me they will contact me with the resolution and still waiting for the refund and answer!!!

Loud noise. Not clean

We heard a very loud noise all night long and the smell of laundry in the room. Hot water control was broken and the water was burning hot. Front staff weren't friendly.

Very Unimpressed

The hotel itself is fine. However, do not expect management to do what they said they will. I left a pair of expensive headphones in my room. I called from the airport well before it was cleaned. I requested I be called back when they grab them and I will send a shipping label.
I never got any calls back. I called multiple times and was told “we have taken down your number and the manager will call”. Never once did they call or return my emails. I had to contact corporate over a week later and only then did they return my call. Spoke to two different people who both promised to call me back after they “checked on something”, neither did.
I have been a loyal IHG member for nearly 10 years and was hoping that there would be some transparency. I will not be returning to this hotel ever again, and IHG hotels in general will be lower on my priority list.

Hidden extra fees.

I called the front desk to change my date I booked for Friday night instead of Saturday(my mistake) the lady at front helped and switched it told me my fee was X amount dollars (INCLUDING tax and fees) and said that was my TOTAL amount. Got to check in and it was 100$ more!! For security deposit.. was NOT told upfront about this fee. I’ve seen hotels doing this more and more and it’s getting out of hand. Also the breakfast is not included it’s $15 more per person. Just would not recommend. I will be asking upfront about security deposits probably will not be staying at hotels that have this.

Stay wasn't what I was wanting

Stay wasn't what I was wanting.
I went for my birthday and the pool wasn't available during my stay. The bed wasn't comfortable spilt in the middle. And the tap was broken on the bath kept falling off. Place was clean though.

Horrible

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned out to be a frustrating and disappointing experience.
First and foremost, the pool was advertised as heated, yet it was anything but. The water was cold and completely unusable. The hot tub, which we were looking forward to enjoying, was in terrible condition — not only were there tiles missing everywhere, but only two jets were working, making it far from the relaxing experience it should have been.
To make matters worse, one of the elevators was so sketchy and unreliable that after using it once, we refused to step into it again for our safety. This is a serious concern, especially when safety and accessibility should be top priorities for any hospitality business.
Overall, our experience fell far below expectations. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests don’t face the same disappointment.

Beware of the Neighborhood

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The first time, there was visible overnight security in the parking lot. This time there wasn't. I should have expressed my concern. But I trusted the bright parking lot lights to provide some protection. Unfortunately, my vehicles suffered $7k in damage while there. I do not recommend this hotel until they reinstate overnight security.

Louisiana Hotel Close to Shreveport Municipal Airport
Louisiana's third largest city, Shreveport, sits near the borders of Texas and Arkansas. With the Shreveport Municipal Airport (SHV) located a mile from our door, you will find that getting to and from our Shreveport hotel is easy. Many of Shreveport's major businesses and tourist attractions are just a few miles away.
Within six miles of our Shreveport accommodations are General Motors and the Frymaster Corporation. Locally owned and operated out of Shreveport, Frymaster has become a nationwide supplier of deep fryers. Cellxion's corporate headquarters are just 15 minutes away. Shreveport features a wealth of nightlife and entertainment. Our Shreveport hotel is within 10 miles of several casinos, including Boomtown Casino and Sam's Town Casino . Harrah's Louisiana Downs and Racetrack Casino are a little farther away from the hotel. Shreveport also features attractions for the entire family, including the Louisiana Boardwalk. Dangerous area fraudulent manager

The area here is super dangerous. You need to avoid this area at all costs. People will approach you. Despite that, IStayed here twice due to the low cost. Both times I had major issues. The first time the shower literally fired the bathtub faucet across the bathtub when I try to use it and the toilet would not flush.. for my second stay, management made up fake evidence for a smoking I cannot dispute. Do not stay here. by the way, I do not smoke and I did not let anyone else in my room so 100% fake management also said that they contacted me both times and they have not done that so they are lying to corporate definitely do not stay here. Very bad hotel. Fraudulent. Scam. Liars. Go to the H****n or anywhere, but this location.

Disgusting, dirty, needs repairs

DO NOT STAY HERE! Better places for the same amount of money. The bed sheets were covered in dark hairs, bed sheets were stained with big gray blotches, bathroom vent was covered in fuzz and dust, bathroom light was rusted and had bugs inside the light. Shower had glue residue where they had removed the old shower gel dispenser. Floor tile in front of toilet had multiple cracks and missing grout. Dirt/Crumbs were all around the stove burner. Walls had stains/dark spots. At 8 am on Sunday morning a old Toyota van parked outside our 2nd floor room in the fire lane (no parking area), and the car alarm sounded off for over an hour. Eventually one of the house keepers came and moved the car, but it woke up all the guests. Auto repair work was being done in the parking lot for two days. This hotel is a disgrace for IHG. Should be closed, renovated, and deep cleaned. Again, find someplace else to stay.
