During your stay, you will enjoy easy access to local neighboring attractions such as the Statehouse Convention Center, Simmons Arena, Children's Museum of Discovery, Clinton Presidential Library, and Heifer Int. Our corporate clientele will find us conveniently located near the Regions Center, Stephens, Inc., and Simmons Bank Building.
Be sure to find the perfect gift or souvenir from one of our nearby Little Rock River Market District shops. Nice service but parking is lacking.

The staff was terrific. Breakfast options were good. The hotel was clean. Traffic noise from I-30 was very loud and that made it difficult to sleep. Parking was the biggest drawback. No covered parking for loading/unloading and it rained every day we were there. Parking also cost $10.95 per day but that did not guarantee that you would have a space in the paved parking lot. Spaces are so limited that we did have to park in the gravel/muddy overflow parking more than once. We had to move rooms at midnight due to partial power loss of just our room, not the entire hotel.

Housekeeping needs a refresher

Beds were comfortable but that's as far as it goes, restroom was not cleaned very well, mirror in room had writing on it from previous guests, remote control felt disgusting.

The name is confusing

We stayed one night in the room name “king bed and twin bed suite” and booked for 4 people. When I arrived, I see 1 king bed and only 1 single bed in the other tiny room….??? Where is twin bed and why you are allowed us to book for 4 adults??? And in the IHG site, no photo showing and not clearly explained it. This is really need to be improved.
However, the staffs in the hotel is really helpful and nice smiled. This is very good and we love it.
The other thing is there is a fire alarm thing on the ceiling but in the center of bed which annoyed the sleeping quality be side it keeps flashing all night.
Overall is still ok and not bad.

Obnoxious Guests

The hotel was filled with teenagers that were loud and carrying buckets of water from their rooms all the way to the front entrance to throw on each other. This was all after 10pm which was supposed to be quiet hours. There was water all over the halls and elevator. Elevator was out of service the next morning. Pool was closed during our whole stay and I was not told during check in. Woke up in the morning to ants all over the floor.
