Right in the beautiful downtown Guadalajara, this nonsmoking hotel lets you enjoy the city whether you come on holidays or on a business trip.
For the business travelers, the Expo Guadalajara convention center is located 15 minutes away from the hotel. Famous cultural attractions such as the Cathedral of Guadalajara, the State Government Palace and the Teatro Degollado are less than five minutes away. Visit traditional places as the Mercado Libertad or San Juan de Dios or the Cabañas Institute where you can admire amazing murals by Jose Clemente Orozco or just enjoy the sightseeing bus ride or take a ride on a typical calandria that will take you to the most important spots in Guadalajara. Also, we are 15 minutes from the American Applicant Service Center, and 25 minutes away to Arena Guadalajara.
Rest in our comfortable and quiet rooms or suites with complimentary Wi-Fi and a limited parking lot. Later on, enjoy the exquisite Mexican dishes in our restaurant El Tapatío.

Bad hotel

The room had several defects: the safe did not work, the air conditioning was noisy, the bathtub had an unfinished part under repair, the toilet had a permanent leak and the main door did not close properly.
Breakfast offered no variety in their food and was very scarce. Overall a bad brand hotel.

Second complain not been response

When my visit this Intercontinental for the first time. I did not know it will be the worst experience ever from front desk not been helpful to expires milk in the fridge causing my young son was sick because of that. Despite the second formal complain was lodged. No one get back to me. Enough said.
This should not happen to any hotel not to mention Intercontinental.

Disappointing Stay – Unacceptable Cleanliness Standards

I’m a regular guest at InterContinental hotels, but my recent stay at the InterContinental Miami was a major disappointment—and not at all what I’ve come to expect from the brand.
We stayed for just one night, and the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom, in particular, was completely unacceptable. The shower had hair all over it, clearly not cleaned from the previous guest. It was so unsanitary that we couldn’t even use it. Traveling with my family, this was not only uncomfortable, it was gross.
To make matters worse, the hotel was busy and we were never able to speak to anyone at the front desk about the issue during our stay—there was always a long line and no clear way to flag someone down.
For a hotel of this supposed caliber (and price), this level of cleanliness and customer service is inexcusable. I expected much more from the InterContinental name. Sadly, this experience has me rethinking my loyalty to the brand.

I have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions. The experience has been satisfactory up until this last stay. The hotel, it seems, has gone downhill a bit in the last couple of months. The room was dirty this time with a few amenities broken. Although they were addressed by the staff relatively quickly, these are things that should have been caught before issuing the room key. There seems to be a lack of quality control. It is not my responsibility as the patron to ensure the room I'm paying for is functional. It should be that way when I check in. Additionally, the last day I was there, I took a cold shower because there was no hot water. I informed the staff on the way out; they did not seem surprised as they barely acknowledged me.

Welcome to the only IHG Hotel in Murrieta Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Murrieta-Temecula We are conveniently located in the heart of Murrieta situated between Murrieta Hot Springs Road, I-15 and the I-215 freeways and 45 miles away from the Ontario International Airport. Our hotel is located in the Murrieta Commons Area with access to retail and dining within walking distance. We are neighbors to the Murrieta Mesa High School and have over 70 restaurants around our hotel.
Our hotel is just minutes away from major valley attractions such as Santa Rosa Plateau, Harveston Lake Park, Los Alamos Hills Sports Park, Temecula Valley Wine Country, Pechanga Resort Casino, and many more.

We have stayed here many times over the past few years. This time we were top floor facing the Hyw 15 the traffic was very noisy all night long. If we stay there in future we will only stay in a lower floor near the Hospitality road end of hotel. The breakfast in our opinion is not as good as it was in years past. Similar food options every day the entire time we were there.
