The Holiday Inn Northwest University Heights hotel offers spacious guest rooms and full suites, microwave and refrigerators in each guest room. Our famous hot breakfast buffet is a favorite, with the sparkling indoor pool, free internet, fitness and business center. With easy access to San Antonio International Airport, Military friendly, we are easy access to JBSA – Camp Bullis and Fort Sam Houston for our military groups and training programs. Our groups love to mingle and have "Ice Breaker" receptions at our Lobby Bar before going out to dinner at great local restaurants.

Getting less for my money

One of the reasons I choose IHG instead of Airbnb is due to the included breakfast. Now, it says that breakfast is included but on the small print says that only for to adults which I find deceiving.

Also, two light were out, I reported it and nothing happened. The beds weren’t made in two days… I reported it. I received a 6:30 wake up call without asking for it.

Very disappointed on this visit.

Horrible Experience

Overall, VERY bad experience. The only good thing about this property is the location. After that, nothing else. Carpet was wet. Ants were in the room. Staff really was not responsive at all. Gym was disgusting and the equipment was old and there were no cleaning materials for the equipment. Spent way too much money for this. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Great Location & Great Budget

The Crowne Plaza Orlando - Lake Buena Vista is situated just blocks away from Disney Springs and an easy ride-share away from the action. We usually stay "on property" when visiting Disney, but for this quick/couple of days trip we decided to go under budget to experience more in the Springs and experience more non-park Disney time. The staff, the cost and the comfort of a good night's sleep are the best points of this property.

Not up to Crowne Plaza Standard

The location of the hotel is the only thing going for it.
We booked a twin double bed room with balcony only to find one balcony chair. We asked twice for a second chair to be told on the second time there were no spare in the whole hotel!
The lock on the balcony door wouldn’t work which they did fix but it didn’t help at all from the constant road noise through the night.
To add insult to injury the room was only cleaned once in 5 days, they do daily cleans, and that was after requesting a clean on 3 occasions.
The hotel had seen better days and certainly not up to Crowne Plaza standard.
Would not recommend.

Hotel is great in general, and I would stay here more.

Hotel is pretty nice, however there are some concerns: filter in air conditioner wasn't cleaned (bad smell on heating module), I think it's better to have more than 1 person in restaurant in the morning, there are too many people during breakfast period.
