A comfortable central London hotel offering suites for longer stays with kitchens, free Wi-Fi and a daily buffet breakfast included.
In a quiet street, Staybridge Suites® London - Vauxhall hotel offers apartment-style accommodation five minutes' walk from Vauxhall's bus and Tube stations, with fast connections all over the city. You can walk to Westminster within 20 minutes, where Big Ben and the London Eye can be explored. Albert Embankment and Tate Britain are both walking distance from the hotel.

Noisy trains, rude staff

I paid for a king size bed and was provided a queen in 422. The front desk employees tried to tell me it was a king and dismiss the claims (when I had moved from room 421 with a king bed due to the train noise). I should have been compensated for the discrepancy.
The train noise from activity on the tracks adjacent to the hotel make for unpleasant sleep.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey Area. Only 18 miles from Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), a short drive through the “Sweetest Place on Earth”, Hershey PA will take you to the hotel on Route 743. You can easily access us by traveling on major highway I-81 which links I-78, I-83 and the PA Turnpike. Business travelers can conveniently drive to Hershey, Harrisburg, Palmyra, Annville and Lebanon. The State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg is 16 miles to the west and Ft. Indiantown Gap Military Base is 7 miles to the East. For vacationers, there are plenty of nearby attractions within minutes from the hotel in Hershey. THERE WAS NOT A "STRONG ODOR" WHEN WE CHECKED OUT AS MANAGEMENT HERE IS TRYING TO CLAIM!! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY THAT ROOM WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO BE EMPTY FOR 72 HOURS AFTER I CHECKED OUT!! NEITHER I NOR MY SON SMOKE!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE! END OF STORY!
I would UNQUESTIONABLY caution against staying at this hotel unless you have absolutely no other choice. I discovered that this hotel made an additional charge to my credit card without any notice. When I called to ask what the extra charge was about, I was informed that it was for "smoking in the room". Neither myself nor my 12-year-old son smoked in their room. I don't smoke at all PERIOD! I've now spent several weeks and left multiple messages in just trying to get in touch with someone in hotel management who could resolve this issue. No, no one in management has really worked to actively follow up and address the issue here.
Oh and you also risk having someone randomly enter you room while you are still in it - as we did on the morning we checked out.

Hotel can’t accommodate guests unless they are willing to use the stairs no matter what floor they are on. There is no fridge and no service lift so guests can’t get in to the elevator when trying to access the room

Gross unclean hotel room

The sink was gross, the floor wasn’t clean, the shower was nasty and there was something splattered all over the closet armoire and in the fridge. No answer at the front desk when I called to report it. People at the desk the next morning didn’t really care either.

Inconvenientes con la habitación y el hotel

De entrada en Google Maps arroja que tiene estacionamiento sin costo lo cual no es verdad, tiene un valor de $190 y está retirado del hotel para llegar caminando, con el calor que hace, la habitación pequeña muy similar a un City express o similar, mi habitación olía a humedad y se escuchaban muchos ruidos, no me vuelvo a hospedar aquí.

Don't Stay here the owners don't care!

This hotel is a complete disaster and it has major safety concerns to the customers.
The first floor smells like marijuana.
Apparently, cars have been being broken into and the hotel doesn’t seem to care. They have not cleaned up any of the broken glass; so customers cars are parking on broken glass. They are having to buzz people in to the facility.
When I got into my room, there or wires hanging out of cabinets and underneath the TV. The TV was so small and was almost not even usable.
AC didn’t work properly (it never got cold).
For the amount I paid for the room I am very dissatisfied.
Upon checking out, I wasn’t even able to get a printed receipt because the facility that doesn’t have paper anymore.
I have stayed in this hotel probably 8 to 10 times over the last 8 years and I am a Diamond Elite Member for 18 years. I WILL NO LONGER STAY HERE!
IHG corporate you need to do better. You need to make sure that your hotels are in compliance with your stated regulations and what your customers expect.

It was the worst experience at an InteContinental Hotel we have ever had.
The first room was noisy and the staff hissed so much that we had to move in the middle of the night, and again 2 days later when the room we were given had no window from the bedroom.
This is the first InterContinental hotel we have been to that allows small children to stay and make noise when there is alcohol between 6pm and 8pm.

They disregarded type of room reservation was for. No problem for them that nothing worked. I wouldn’t stay at this location if you paid me.

Tv broken service had to be reset three times, phone would not call desk. Have to go back to get help woman was helpful but the men were not moving to help at all. Air conditioner was loud had to restart several times to keep room cool. Load sqeek noises when turn over in bed.
