No Reciept

None of the rooms have toilet paper holders…. guys these cost like $3.00 at Home Depot. The clerk refused to give me a receipt upon checkout. I stay at IHG 1-2 nights a week every week for over a decade and this is this the first time I have been refused. These guys need to learn English and be trained to print a receipt. Very disappointed!

All around comfy quiet time

It was a good time. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Free WiFi. I would recommend this hotel to other business people. It was pretty cool being able to watch the airplanes go by and land or take off.

Comfortable Beds, Bathroom lacking

We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels, my husband and son thought this location had the best breakfast options. It is a good location with Walmart, Chick Fil A and other shopping very close. I felt safe in the area. The beds and air conditioning were comfortable. My only issue was the bathroom. It needed a deep cleaning. There were a few stains in the tub and the bottom of the toilet was dirty or stained. There is no vent in the bathroom so after the second shower of the morning, the sink counter was wet with all the accumulated moisture. Anything we had on the counter was wet too. The soap, conditioner and body wash seemed to be in the wrong bottles. The conditioner produced a lot of suds and left my hair feeling gross. The body wash did not make any suds. I guess those two were mixed up. Another small issue, there was a knock at the door at 11:10 am. When I opened the door there was an employee there and the only thing she said was Check Out. I let her know were leaving shortly. She didn't say anything and walked away. I thought we missed our check out but I looked at my reservation and it said check out was 12:00. So I am not sure what that was about. The back door to the pool did not have a knob from the outside.

Lack of cleanliness but comfortable bed.

Sticky floors and dirty shower was off putting but if you can tolerate that, the bed is comfortable and had clean sheets; Don't expect your room to get cleaned or your bed to get made - I was told that things changed after Covid. Bring your own water and maybe cleaning supplies. The staff seemed very unhappy. The pool was refreshing but not freezing, and hot tub was hot and working - both were clean, and not overpowered by chlorine. Plenty of ammenities.

The staff was good at the front desk but when my room was being cleaned one of the cleaners took my bag off of the desk and dumped the entire bag onto the freshly made bed they just made that is ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

Hotel need serious renovation room is very old and teared off

The room I was given is something I would never trust this hotel again. The sink was not cleaned no IHG clean promise seen here. The closet doors were painted off very old. Moreover they put me in a connecting room where the door knob for the connecting door is broken no safety at all. Tried to reach the reception phone doesn’t work T.V is not smart T.V as claimed on the website. I had to go down to reception and almost wait for 20 min just to raise my concern to the lady who is looking to help. Then a man supposedly duty manager called Danny or danish stepped in offering me free of cancellation. He was not even concerned to listen what I was saying or didn’t even try to offer a different room which is very unprofessional and not acceptable. Even considering the time I had to vacate the hotel at late night which such a disastrous experience and the fake promise given by manager was never kept. I never received my points back even after calling IHG claims no response from hotel. Scammers! The manager here will only consider you if you book a priority room which he mentioned that priority rooms are good and can’t do anything with the standard rooms.

Rough Stay

We needed to sleep 5 and made a reservation, said they would have a roll away bed for us. Arrived, we were told they don’t have roll away beds here, said this wasn’t the hotels fault(front desk transferred me to the woman who set up the reservation). 1 person slepton floor: no other rooms were available to fit us.
Next, all elevators were broken for 2 of our days, so we climbed up and down 6 flights of stairs repeatedly.

Poor Hygene

There were hair balls in the bathroom area. When reported to the reception they said that the cleaning staff will come the next morning. The cleanliness was sub par in the room.
The breakfast had very limited choices and the pancake machine was giving under baked pancakes.
There were paper plates and disposable cups. I have had great experience at other Holiday Inn Express hotels, especially in Europe.
This hotel was very low on quality and value for money
