Enjoy all the excitement that the Big Apple offers when staying at the Holiday Inn New York City – Times Square. Nestled in the heart of the bustling Garment District, our Midtown Manhattan hotel is steps away from the city’s must-see attractions, including Hudson Yards, Madison Square Garden, The Javits Center, Times Square, Bryant Park, Herald Square and much more!
Dine at our on-site restaurant, Latitude 39, serving breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, and happy hour. For further exploring, our location offers easy access to public transportation. The 42nd St. Port Authority Bus Terminal and New York Penn Station are located less than a half-mile from the hotel. If you’re looking to travel like the locals, try renting a Citi-bike and enjoy the amazing food, shopping and sightseeing in the city that never sleeps.
After a day of exploring the lively city, relax and rewind in our renovated guest rooms. The room was not cleaned very well. There are only two elevators to service all floors (36+), this lack of elevators creates an extremely long elevator wait time to transit the elevator going both up or down. The entrance to the hotel is a designated public place and space, random people are always at the hotel doorway smoking, using illegal substances and asking for any change or money each time guest entered or left the hotel. I also heard some inappropriate comments made toward female guest entering and exiting the hotel.

Not flexible

Two days prior to my stay I received an email that the pool was closed. I called to confirm that the pool would be open and was told it wasn’t open that day but would be for my stay. I was also told I could not cancel my reservation without a penalty. There was no flexibility despite being a loyal IHG member. The pool was open on Wednesday but on Thursday it was closed. We were told that they were out of chemicals needed for the pool. After being told that the pool would definitely be open this was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful or even apologetic about the situation. I won’t be staying at this hotel in the future when we come to the Louisville area.

Clean room, Comfortable beds but lots of issues

Don't water down the biscuits and gravy

The breakfast that morning was pretty rough the sausage biscuits and gravy were so watery I have never seen it so watery before tasted terrible the bathroom in the room was absolutely atrocious I don't know who they have doing their caulking or basic maintenance but the shower was near impossible to use because the tub spout is completely corroded along with the shower head

Stay Comfortable at our newly renovated Hotel in Albuquerque, welcome to the Staybridge Suites Albuquerque North. They need to add security cameras to the parking lot

Stayed at the hotel Friday and Saturday night truck got broken into Saturday night. All my tools got stolen. Talk to the front desk about my truck and broke into. He said the paper that I signed when I checked in, said they are not responsible for any vehicle in the parking lot.

Over priced dirty room

Stayed at this hotel for Adrian College graduation weekend 5/3/2025. The room prices were increased because of the event at the college. The bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned since the last guest. During the night, the fire alarm system woke me four different times. When I spoke to the front desk staff in the morning, she told me many people had complained about the fire alarm. She said she called her manager and assured me someone would contact me about these concerns. No call back.

Not Clean

Friendly and helpful staff. However, the room was gross. Hair on all the sheets and pillows. Hair in the shower. Spots of poop in the toilet. Received new sheets to go with the crib they provided and those sheets had hair on them as well. No towels were in the room, we had to go to the front desk for those. At breakfast, egg beaters were poured over the scrambled eggs making all of them wet and gross. Some of the bagels had mold on them.
