New Experience Expected More

Tyler was a pleasant guy that make sure I was accommodated. I was excited to try this new hotel but I did not like what I saw. Got an upgraded room but there were stains of rust on the bathtub, the towels, carpet, and walls were dirty. I expected more from a new hotel especially Holiday Inn. I didn’t get to have breakfast because when I called to ask the time no one answered even after three(3) attempts. Expected more!

Terrible hotel

Everything is dirty and out of date. The food is expired. Some things in the room and bathroom were broken. For the price I thought I was getting a lot nicer hotel.

La habitación asignada tenía un pequeño refrigerador que no funcionaba. Reportamos esto a Recepción y nos cambiaron de cuarto. En el nuevo cuarto, el refrigerador sí funcionaba, pero el baño tenía 2 detalles : 1) EL agua en el lavabo tardaba mucho en irse (semi tapado). 2) Las puertas de cristal de la regadera no se deslizaban suavemente, como deberían. Hubo que hacer mucho esfuerzo para moverlas.
El personal de Recepción muy amable y servicial, pero insuficiente. Solo hay 1 persona, y muchos huéspedes que atender.

we requested reception on check in day if we could get bathroom slippers. At first the girl on reception struggles to explain queries in English. The other staff “ Garry” was wonderful.
Our pillow case was mouldy which I realised on the day of checkout and felt disgusted that my face was lying on back mould all night , took photos as well.

Best part is closeness to town but there are many other places with a nicer view and same price as $240 per night was not cheap . Service did not meet the pricing .
Could hear erverybody walking and talking loud outside rooms in hallway .

Would not choose this hotel again because of noise levels

Location of this hotel was good - convenient to subways, restaurants and cafes. Staff was professional.
But the location itself isn’t a good one if you’re here for business or want to be able to get good sleep unfortunately—street level noise is really really loud until 4am when bars and clubs nearby and on same street close. If you’re ok with that, this is a great location. But if you want a restful sleep, this isn’t going to meet that.
