What a shame

His used to be a great hotel, unfortunately it no longer is.
1 king suite , never , furniture from a store cupboard
2 Air conditioning unit kept me awake all night
3 Phone in room not working , nor was the QR to order food, used my own phone to ring reception asking for a menu to be told I had to come down and get one if I wanted to eat. Name Ash on reception, dressed like a hobo and offered same service
4 Car park is now a building site lay-by with my car completely covered in site dust in the morning.

The rest of the staff did their best to make the stay as painless as possible, I would highly recommend you give this place a wide birth until the 10000s of houses being built around it are finished.

Poor room and food quality but friendly staff

No hot water on two consecutive days, food quality was sub par and bathroom had broken tiles on the floor. Housekeeping was poor but the other customer service staff was polite, friendly and helpful.

Great location just check room first

What a wonderful location close to downtown. We came for an event on Brown's Island. It's close to VCU and many other areas. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. Room: we had a king room the bathroom was so small hard to shut the door unless you were all the way in. fridge didn't close when had drinks on the side but when we moved them it was perfect. would have been good to have basic channel list as it was too overwhelming on the tv options. Check room over when arrive ours was 'clean' but we found a large hair pile on the bed. We took photos and did let front staff know and my husband did clean it up and we checked around as well but that's really not ok. we were also told we did package with parking but were charged for parking so I to go back and check before I follow up.

Never will stay again. horrible stay the Manager Desmond does not show his face at all. He do not like talking to customers I asked to speak to him over and over and he never showed his face so I don’t even know what he even looks like.

Very small doors, elevator very small, only one elevator worked so we had to use the stairs a lot. No soap in bathroom.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Spokane Airport! Park, Stay & Fly with our complimentary shuttle service to and from Spokane International Airport (GEG). The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Spokane, where you'll find shopping at Riverpark Square, local wineries, dining, and entertainment at Riverfront Park, home of the 1974 World’s Fair. The hotel is just a short drive to The Podium, Spokane's newest sports complex. Education is a top priority in the Spokane Region with Colleges and Universities like Eastern Washington, Gonzaga, Whitworth, WSU College of Nursing, and Spokane Falls Community College. Our location also provides nearby I-90 access to Washington State University and the University of Idaho. After a long day of activities, wind down in our heated indoor pool and hot tub. Bad experience

Stayed here for my birthday. Was not a good experience! Someone (turned out to be employee) tried to open our room door at 1:00 am because they double booked our room. Very unnerving when you wake in the middle of the night to the sound of your door trying to be opened! Apparently this has happened to others as an employee told me and I read in another person’s review. Bed felt like it needed to be replaced. My husband got in bed and rolled to the center. Couldn’t get cold air to quit blowing in the room. Breakfast was disappointing. No water available in the juice dispenser like all other Holiday Inn Expresses we have stayed at. Had to ask for bottled water at the front desk. Oatmeal container was on the counter but no oatmeal available. Staff didn’t feel real professional. Would not recommend this hotel.

The Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport North is located 7 miles from Indianapolis International Airport with a 24/7 airport shuttle service and free parking. Less than 10 miles away is the Lucas Oil Raceway, Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium and the IU Natatorium. A quick 15 minute drive will take you to the Indianapolis Zoo and the Children's Museum. There are many parks and nature trails in the Indy area ideal for hiking, bike riding and enjoying the great outdoors. Our onsite restaurant, Toast to Toast, offers breakfast and dinner with a full service bar. Each room is equipped with cable TV, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and free WIFI access. Business center, laundry facilities, fitness center and a food market are all located on site. We welcome you to Indianapolis and to the Holiday Inn Indy Airport North. We are confident you will enjoy your stay with us!

Wasn’t worth what I paid

I actually would like to be contacted. I had an issue that I did not feel was resolved properly. Also there were gas station stickers on the ceiling above the bed . The rooms were extremely outdated . I’ve stayed in worse but I wouldn’t recommend to a friend

Decent hotel, carpets a bit overdue for replacement. Elevator is a bit shaky at startup. Pool and Hot tub out of order. Room and bed were decent. Breakfast was ok, had to watch for dates product like milk

At the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Providence - Woonsocket, you will experience comfort and convenience while staying with us. Our hotel is located near numerous businesses and exciting local attractions such as Woonsocket's own Stadium Theater Performing Arts Centre and the Museum of Work and Culture. We are near Highland Industrial Park in Woonsocket/Cumberland, RI, and a short drive to Providence, RI, and Franklin, MA. Landmark Hospital is just around the corner for those visiting or supporting patients. Our guests staying with us on business will be sure to appreciate the fact that we offer over 4,000 square feet of meeting space and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet throughout the hotel. Visitors should take advantage of our great location and visit many of the wonderful sightseeing attractions in Rhode Island, which are only a short drive from the hotel. AC/DC at Gillette

I would recommend this location simply due to the fact that it is in close proximity to Gillette Stadium and is cheaper than the hotels closer to Boston. If you plan on staying for any length of time, find another location.

This CDC complaint hotel is centrally located accommodations, less than 10 minutes from top area destinations like downtown, Ohio State University, Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Ohio Expo Center, offer travelers exceptional convenience. With a 24-hour Business Center, this facility caters to professionals visiting Columbus, Ohio. The hotel's proximity to companies like Battelle Labs and Chase Bank ensures an easy commute, and thanks to negotiated flat rate cab fares, transportation is affordable. OSU Medical Center is within a few miles, and Port Columbus International Airport (CMH) is a reasonable, 10-minute drive away. There's plenty of fun to be found in Columbus. Overpriced and in a bad area

This hotel should cost half what it does. They charge extra for parking, it's in a very bad area (razor wire and boarded up windows on the surrounding buildings, people taunting guests in the parking lot from the street), and the building is noisy.
