I have stayed at this property many times for business. Same old thing, staff is good no issues. My room was just old and needed up dating. Matress was horrible.
The bar in this location is very expensive for the location.

all was good - the food was not as good as usual - also it would be nice to see a few gluten free substitutes

A great stay....

This was the second time I stayed for business andante again I was not disappointed. This location is clean and easy to get to from the airport. Also being right off the highway, it was no problem heading the Galleria area for business.
The room has a nice modern feel with plenty of lighting inadequate to be just off the highway. The staff were very accommodating with my late check in and acknowledged my member status.
This is a great stay and I'll choose it every time.

Great accomodations; but with noise pollution

My experience at this hotel was great on almost every count, but the fact that my room faced the highway, and soundproofing was nonexistent. I think the top way the staff can excel next time is to assign a room that isn't facing the highway. They should ask during the reservation process my preference; this would help immensely into making an average stay into an extraordinary stay, where I know that I'm being looked out for by IHG staff as a rewards member.

部屋の設備が、簡略してあり実質的だが、クローゼットがないため、一泊ぐらいの寝るだけの用途にはいい。今回、スーパーボウルで、ヒューストン全体が混んでいて、いつものステイブリッジがとれなかったために空いていたホリデーインエキスプレスを利用した。

Staff was very friendly. The layout of the queen suite was weird, bed in living area insteqd of sofa. Air distribution was the best within the living area and bedroom. But, consideri g the room was really only slept in, it was good.

This Holiday Inn is located in a great location for my business needs. There is a very good variety of resturants in the area that are easy to get to. The access to the expresway is just 2 minutes away. The staff is the best group of professionals that you will find. The conference rooms are very nice and have up to date equipment.

長距離フライトのあとの宿泊でしたが、なんの問題もなくゆっくり休むことができました。ジムで身体を動かすこともでき、ゆっくりサウナに入り、リフレッシュもさせていただき、ありがたかったです。
