Small and expensive

I really think it needs to be posted that you have to pay $55 plus tax for parking for one night. The total was $68.75. If I were to have known that I would not have book this. Definitely a waste of money

Bathroom was beyond dirty

There black mold in multiple locations in the shower. The area containing the shampoo, conditioner and body wash had not been cleaned in who knows how long and they had not been refilled and the vent had so much dust on it that it looks like it had not been cleaned in years. I reported this at checkout and they apologized and said they'd give me some points, but they didn't say how many points and not sure what would even be reasonable given how horrible that bathroom was. I took pictures of all except the vent.

HORRIBLE HOTEL- DO NOT STAY

Absolutely awful. The hotel was under construction with mattresses outside, mildew on the walls, stained floors, no TV remote or blow dryer, and stained bedding. Housekeeping couldn’t confirm if the room was clean. Worst of all, the door didn’t lock—completely unsafe.

Terrible

HUGE disappointment. If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. Let's start by saying that their check in time wasn't until 4pm. My wife and I stayed here and let me just say it will be our first and last time staying at a Holiday Inn. I checked in and they notified me that they would have to charge me for my service animal. They then told me that I would have to remain on the first floor because that's where they put any guest with a dog. When I proceeded to enter my assigned room there was a dog that was not being handled appropriately that decided to aggressively charge at my service animal. One of the staff at the hotel witnessed this encounter and apologized. She said she would make a note about the incident. Next day (because we only stayed for one day, thank god) we went to check out, we notified the staff that we had been charged two days and there was an additional 250 dollar charge. Lisa was the one assisting us at check out. A gentleman at the counter next to Lisa decided to involve himself into the conversation and told us that I was charged 250 for the dog. He stated this in a very rude manner. He stated that my service animal had been barking all night. I then let him know he does not bark and for sure was not barking while we were sleeping. The decided that they have the authority to tell me that my dog was not a service animal since he was barking. They asked what he services? Then asked for his documentation. I let them know they are not legally allowed to ask for any of that. I works for a police department. I also have had my registered service animal for many year so I know the laws very well when it comes to my service animal. The staff member, his name is Paul, told me to call a lawyer. I asked for both of the employees names, they did not have name tags, and they gave me the names Paul and Lisa. I let them know that I needed a manager. Lisa stated she was the manager. I told her that I was told the day previously that there would be no manager on duty until Monday. She then retracted her statent by saying that is correct. She removed the extra night charge and said that anything other than the one night should fall off in a few business days. Let me just say that legally you are not allowed to ask for documentation for a service animal, you are not allowed to ask what the dog services, and in addition are not allowed to assign designated rooms to individuals with service animals. Paul was specifically unprofessional and after he was rude he went outside to discuss how he felt with another guest. I have taken pictures of this rude employee outside talking with another guest. I also have the policies for service animals

Many issues with my stay

I was checked out after the first night of 2 nights and my things were gone and my key did not work. The smoke smell was bad. There were 3 female employees smoking right outside my window. The noise level was ridiculous at all hours. Paper thin walls and ceiling. I could hear the floor stomping at all hours. My name is not hard to spell and I spelled it 4 times and they still misspelled it on the reservation.

Wonderful hotel!

I’ll be honest I was a little worried because some of the reviews online about the staff and cleanliness were awful. However that was the opposite of our experience. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly which was very much appreciated. The overall hotel was very updated and clean. Our room was super clean and comfortable. We had no issues. There is a large variety for breakfast, but the quality was poor and didn’t taste good.
We would definitely stay here again. Great experience and highly recommend.

Shuttle reservations are not honored at check out

The guy at check out was rude and unhelpful. He was arrogant and aggressive when I asked why the airport shuttle left ahead of time without us even though we had a reservation. Basically it was full and it was first come first serve in spite of having made a reservation the night before.

Good value for money
