Comfortable bed, unacceptable bathroom

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom, not so much. Soap dispenser at the sink was mounted about 3’ above the counter. Shower was a 3x3 stall, even though there was plenty of wall space for a full length shower. I will not stay at this location again.

Dated hotel with subpar amenities.

The hotel is in a good walkable location however it is dated, has minimal in room amenities such as no USB or USBC charge ports, basic bathrooms and little room for suitcases. The gym is very sparsely equipped as well.

Great location but service is not great

Check the room you reserved because they will place you in any room available regardless of what you paid for. This happened to me and at least one other guest I spoke to during my stay. They will only correct it if you continue to bother them over and over again. The location is excellent and the housekeeping is fantastic. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small and for the price, you could get a better value elsewhere.

Big room but everything else is lacking

Elevators are dimly lit. Not able to see the floor buttons.
Do not opt for breakfast vouchers or offers. Very disappointing and very dismal. Did not even use our vouchers. Decor not warm or inviting.
Room was gigantic in New York terms. The most positive was the rain forest shower head and shower hose. Never had such feature at any hotels during my travels. Hotel was off the beaten path of major attractions. Subway was a few blocks away. Would have preferred a microwave in lieu of a snack bar. Free coffee would be a nice offer

Interesting design but poor amenities.

No feather pillows no bathrobe no bar no restaurant. Nice view but very disappointing. I checked out early. Et. Etc etc etc. Strange room layout. Tight bed as clove. Will not stay again I went to the Morrison, great hotel

Favorite LES hotel

I have stayed in better conditions, there were ants on the floor. The table had coffee rings and fingerprints all over the top, my room wasn’t vacuumed.

Great Stay Except For Noisy High School Neighbors

My family traveled to the Green Bay area for a Fishing Tournament. The overall stay was good but a noisy High School Tennis Team that decided to celebrate both nights we stayed kept the hallways loud well after the suggested quiet hours of the hotel. Each night we had the opportunity to hear loud music and audibly loud discussions. The hotel staff tried to quiet but were not successful until at 12:30 - 1 AM the party finally split up. Not the greatest of places to stay noise wise. The walls are paper thin and the staff does not have the authoritative nature to quiet out of hand guests.

Ok guest experience

Decent property and attentive staff. However, if the issues with the cavity being utilized as a drop off for teenagers and there isn’t supervision from the staff, the facility may lose customers. Based on that, as.a Rewards member, not sure if will return
