Amazing customer service from the front desk staff! The room and view was perfect! I will definitely be back! Free breakfast buffet for my kids and the breakfast was delicious!! The pools was great too!

This was the nicest Holiday Inn that I’ve ever stayed in! It was like new and the staff and restaurant were excellent! It renewed my faith in Holiday Inns since it’s been a while since I stayed in one. I will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Views, Costly Breakfast Buffet

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The outside has numerous firepits with Adirondack chairs and they offer smores at no charge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is okay, but I do not feel it is a good value at almost $18.00. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Denver near the Airport, which includes a complimentary breakfast buffet, and it was better than the $18 buffet at Estes Park. I would recommend an included breakfast buffet or a lower cost as $18.00 is high, especially for people who do not want a large breakfast.

Beautiful Hotel with an amazing staff!

The worst stay I ever had. I have stayed at many holiday inn hotels for travel. This one was the worse. The general manager will lie on you. If you call Kim to help resolve an issues she won’t do it. By far the worst experience I ever had.

Side door didn't work, sign said do not use, owner told staff to go thru dirty linens and find clean looking ones to give guest because they couldn't wash because there was no water. No compensation offered for no water. A complete disaster and against G.A. laws

I got to my hotel, and was told only one room was booked when i originally booked 2 rooms for 4 people. I showed my confirmation email from IHG, confirming 2 rooms were booked. Not IHG or one of the front office agents was able to help me. So my husband my friend and her partner had to sleep in a KING BED. What was most frustrating was that we were told they were ALMOST sold out, they still had rooms available and could not accommodate an extra room that had been CONFIRMED. A stress free weekend turned into the most stressful weekend having to share one bed with 4 people.

Not my typical experience

I always use IHG Hotels and this hotel specifically when in town. I get there it’s a fuss about check in even minutes before supposedly cause rooms are not “done”. So you mean to tell me no rooms are done an hour before check in??? The key machine didn’t work my whole 3 nights. We had to wait on someone from front desk to let us in our room everytime we got back from going out. The inconvenience of this was terrible. At a time like this they still had only 1 person working! So I have to wait until they return just so they can walk up and let me in! That’s unacceptable with not even an apology!

Due for an update

This property needs updated badly. First, the bathrooms are very small. The shower and tub function did not work properly. Water would come out of both the tub portion and the shower head leading to awful water pressure . The shower curtain was ripped, stained and did not fit properly.The refrigerator was sitting in the middle of the room. The vents for the air conditioning unit are on the ceiling and point directly down at the bed. No way to adjustThis is the second time we have stayed at this property in the last three years and it has gone down hill.
The people running the valet service were excellent and did a fabulous job.
