Bathroom conditions were terrible.

Caulking around tub and toilet was bulky and dirty, looked like a 3 year old put it down. The bathroom floors were sticky and felt grimy. The overall maintenance of the hotel was in poor condition. It definitely looked like the maintenance staff was inexperienced or non existent. The front desk were very helpful and aware but seemed like it was out of their control. Definitely poor management.

Nice room horrible breakfast

Clean room great bed worn out shower horrible food burnt eggs filled the pan to the point of overflowing with a hundred dried biscuits next to a dried out gravy
No bananas that were edible looked like plaintains instead
Ran out of coffee nothing here is tasty or fresh except the pancake machine even that they screwed up no warm syrup ?
This is a display of waste and excess food galore not prepared properly but just thrown out there like your feeding the prisoners not a hotel guest this is a hotel experience I will remember and go past to the next one if you have taste buds skip this and go elsewhere

Stay somewhere else!

Our family typically tries to stay on Holiday Inn properties. However, this was the worse experience I have had by far. The property is falling apart, smells terrible, the rooms were not clean. My daughter room had to be cleaned a second time while she watched and bedding changed, because it was all stained and gross. Fortunately, it was only one night, especially since this property allows no cancellation. I will Stay elsewhere if I am ever in the area again. Absolutely shameful this terrible stay cost me so much. Expensive mistake!

Bed bugs

I stayed at the holiday inn in Covington Georgia the worst experience I ever had. The air conditioning made such a loud noise no one in our room slept. To too it off we got bed bugs. When I got home I had to through things away. I called the hotel the person that answered told me the manager would call me never did.

Comfy beds, dirty rooms and great location

This hotel is located in an excellent place to visit the Bayside shops. We enjoyed being so close to the food, bars and shopping. We did not like the cleanliness of the room, the old dilapidated building especially as it relates to being competitively priced with other more lucrative and updated hotels in the same block.

4th time coming but with some disappointment this time

Love the welcome and hospitality. Amenities and facilities all good. But shortly after check in, I spotted some sticky dirt that looks like human fluid on the bedsheet and bedding, which was very gross. Immediately called for help and change of bed.
The hotel staff apologized but I must stress that this is far from ideal - safety and cleanliness comes first. I was not 100% sure if I came into contact with that dirt but it seemed that I didn’t, out of luck.
If not for the major disappointment this time, everything would have been great! I did not ask for compensation because I don’t know how I can be compensated for the trauma. Would love to hear from the management about how this would have happened…

Hotel general manager was rude and it seems he has an inferiority complex.
On the check inn I asked if possible to register a late check out and it was confirmed for 13hrs. by hotel staff.
On the check out he kick me out at ~11am, arguing that I should leave “his hotel”, because no late check out was booked or reflected on his system. Any way I was leaving at that time, but it was first time I experienced this on a IHG Hotel.

It was fine, just seemed outdated

Everything was fine, just seemed dated compared to what one would expect of Holiday Inn Express expectations. The room was more updated than that lobby/breakfast areas are. The breakfast was good, good selections and up to date. Price seemed a little high for an older hotel. I could be wrong, that could just be market pricing in the area.
